-He lives in a beach house by the coast of Nullax with his two adopted sons, David and Kipper, and a shiny, kantoian rapidash. Because he’s smart with his money, he’s very well off and a has a bunch of more morden devices in his house. 

-He’s been raising his rapidash since she was a newborn pontya. The horse has been around in Knightley’s life for a while, not as long as Doebie did since he was once a family pet, but he was in his early 20s when he found the horse.

-He has a twin sister, Gwendolyne, who works as a gemologist and also has adopted children, or child in her case. Since she’s the older twin, she sometimes treats Knightley like a dumb baby, both on purpose and on accident. He can tell when it’s by accident and appreciates that she’s just looking out for him.

-Oftentimes, he’s hired by Hendrix to capture criminals that have gone loose, both human and pokémon. The prime minister wishes he could have the gallade be an officer for his police force, but  Knightley always declines whenever he’s offered a position.

-He isn't as willing as his sister to entertain any questions and requests humans have for him and his species. He finds them to be annoying and, usually, demeaning. He'll  mostly ignore people asking him stuff like that, however, if he's  continually pressured into answering, then he'll have no problem getting physical.

-For a while now, he's been trying to get evidence of Tobi being a shady person that should be put in jail, however, she's always a step ahead of him when it comes to that.

-The reason he's so adamant on getting Tobi arrested is because he's aware of her goals of forcibly becoming prime minister of Spinesbridge, the major city that Hendrix is the prime minister of, and also because she may or not have been dangerous weapons in her house.

-He has a galladite that was given to him by his sister as a gift. Sometimes, he does actually have it on him so he could mega evolve, but he hasn’t gotten used to the power he gets from it and he ends up getting a headache after he devolves. 

-He likes to have long walks on the beach with his kids and steed. They end up collecting a bunch of seashells and pebbles there as well. 

-Because of his small size, he keeps a closer watch on Kipper whenever he’s outside on the beach playing, especially since David is a twice his size. He trusts David more to be fine on his own as he’s more independent and confident, but he trust Kipper more to not throw himself into needless danger as he’s more cautious and observable. 

-His rapidash and Doebie are good friends. Whenever one visit the other with their family, you can find them running around and playing with each other. Knightley’s horse is younger and faster than Doebie, but the goat’s bulkier and has camouflage on him so he’ll sometimes hide in the bushes to scare his rapidash. 

-He and Gwendolyne like to yell at eachother while putting on 'british' accents, they've been doing it since childhood and they still do it now. It's mostly phrases like 'what did you say, punk?!' and 'you wanna fuckin' go, mate?!'. Basically any menacing phrase that sounds goofy if you think about it.

-Despite his raspy-as-hell voice, he can do a weirdly on point Goofy impression. He's generally good at doing impressions but, for unknown reasons, he execls most at doing a Goofy impression.

-Sometimes, his kids will say 'Do that voice, dad! Do it!' and, as if he just flipped a switch, will start speaking in his Goofy voice. He'll keep doing it until they get sick of it and beg him to stop.

Abilities/Biology

-His moves are Close Combat, Psycho Cut, Leaf Blade, Swords Dance; his ability is Steadfast.

-Close Combat is a close-range move in which the user(Knightley) basically clobbers his opponent without protecting himself. It’s his most powerful move, however, it the one that leaves him the most vulnerable, temporary lowering his resilience to both physical and magical attacks.

-Swords Dance is a status move where Knightley does a little jig to drastically raise his physical strength, making his blows much stronger than before.

-His ability, Steadfast, allows him to get faster everytime he flinches or hesitates. His flinching has to be genuine and caused by whoever’s attacking him, doesn’t matter if intentionally or not. He can't just pretend to flinch for the ability to work. 

-He can also use psychic like his sister,  but it's much weaker than hers. The advantage his pyschic does have  over hers is that he can use it for a much longer period of time.

-He can detect and understand emotions pretty well, he can even detect whether or not someone is lying.

-I have no idea if gallades can make black holes like gardevoirs yet, so just assume that he can't create a black hole for now.

-His anatomy is mainly inspired by this rendition of a realistic ralts line, I just really like how it looks and how the artist imagined the line.
