Bilberry is a traveling scholar with a bit of a reputation, and with the multitude of scrolls she carries with her, it's no wonder. Despite not being so popular, Bilberry is sometimes hired to do talks and teach a short class is noble schools. This may have decreased after the accident with their lame leg, but it doesn't dampen Bilberry's will to learn and study, and they are still recognised by many fellow scholars.

Backstory

Bilberry was hatched to lower IceWing nobles, and inherited her will to learn from her father, who was quite well known for his studies in the noble academies despite his lower status. Bilberry got her first note-scroll before she could even read from him, and decided to travel in order to learn at the ripe age of 7.

Her lame leg came as a result of an avalanche in a local town, when something heavy fell on her leg and crushed it in her escape. While they were able to heal, they can longer stand on their injured leg for long and use it to write. Good thing she's ambidexstrous.
