About

Naomi is a bright, cheerful pokemon trainer from the Kalos region who started her pokemon adventure late. Having grown up with a single father who was somewhat neglectful to her, Naomi become very reserved growing up and kept to herself. She tried to run away when she was young, only to find Destiny—still a Fennekin—and bring her home to be cared for. When she was fourteen she finally decided to go on her pokemon adventure. However, she did not plan to take part in the Pokemon League—that was only the excuse that she gave to her father to leave on her own adventure. She only wanted to meet pokemon and have fun with Destiny along the way.

Naomi met many pokemon during her travels and befriended some along the way. Exact stories of how she met and befriended them can be found in each pokemon’s profile. As Naomi grew older and accumulated more pokemon in her family, she had her first encounter with Team Radiance. Team Radiance started as nothing more than a small gang of people who want to overturn the Kalos government and begin to regulate pokemon battling and anything to do with it—pokemarts, pokecenters, the League, and more. Naomi occasionally has run-ins with them and does what she can to stop any advancements or destruction they may cause. However, Naomi does not like to participate in pokemon battles when she does not have to so she’ll avoid fighting if she can.

Now Naomi is traveling around Kalos enjoying her time with her pokemon. She does not speak to many other people and thus her social skills are severely lacking. However, she doesn’t mind. She’s awkward around humans but has a very strong sense of love and compassion and communication with pokemon of any kind. She’s been called the Pokemon Whisperer by some when she’s helped them with rowdy or unstable pokemon. Naomi just loves to help anyone she can, and she’ll do whatever it takes to protect the pokemon that she loves.
