IMPORTANT
- PLEASE READ MY FULL TOS HERE
- In the start of 12/5/2021 to any year,
everyone can resell/retrade/gift to another user without informing me. but I truely appreciate it if you inform me still.
- BUT UNDER ONE CONDITION everytime you do any transaction with another user, you must put the reason of ownership.
- If you're a buyer/going to be the new owner of my design, please be aware before you buy them, because some of the recent owners didn't put any reason during the transaction/transfer/trade/purchase.
- this alt tos is NOT permanent, there are times will be addition info and also any changes because i have fears of people will usually do this...
- BUT UNDER ONE CONDITION everytime you do any transaction with another user, you must put the reason of ownership.
GENERAL RULES
- you MAY NOT resell the adopt for more than what you paid
- you MAY NOT resell an adopt you got in a trade and a gift
- DO NOT GIVE MY DESIGNS TO ANY OF THE PEOPLE ARE MENTIONED ON THE BLACKLIST EXCEPT THE WARNING LIST.
OWNERSHIP
- Any transactions you made with another user MUST have toyhouse. Even you sold it offsite they must have toyhouse to claim it.
- I retain all legal rights to my designs. For this reason, my adopts are for non-commercial use only unless you purchase separate commercial use authorization from me. (aka my adopts may not be used in anything that will turn up a profit be it games, books , art pieces,merchandise,comics etc.)
- Once you buy the adopt it's yours to use as you please for non-commercial purposes.
- You may not claim to be the creator of the design; only the owner of the character.
- You must credit me as the creator of the design.
- When owning any design by me, I will not acknowledge co-owners. Designs can be shared, but one person must be acknowledged as the sole owner.
DELETING/HIDING CHARACTER
- SOME people been deciding to delete my design they bought, that's really hurtful to witness that, i have worked hard to make that (only when batches and complex details)
- Any who dares to delete them will be put on permanent, unless i waited their response of their reasons for deleting the character. (They have 2 weeks for them to respond. No response then that's your problem)
