Staticpeak

Haybale was born and raised on a twoleg farm. His parents mysteriously disappeared one night, to which the family dog solemnly suggested that the pack of coyotes in the area might have caught them by surprise.

Haybale stayed on the farm as a mouser until his early adult years. The family dog warned Haybale that their owners were moving and, from past experience, the humans would likely leave him behind. Haybale took this seriously and hitched a ride on the back of a cow trailor for many, many miles until he came upon a territory that had different smells, trees, colours, and sky.

The forest looked plentiful and, even though Haybale didn't know if the area was safe or had mice to hunt, he hopped off the cow trailor and proceeded to explore his new surroundings.

It took no time at all for Haybale to eventually find a BirchClan patrol, where he was welcomed into the clan and offered a new way of life; the life of a warrior. Haybale accepted, and he swiftly began his training and accessments to see if he would make a good fit for clan life.

Because of Haybale's upbringing, it was easy for him to hunt and learn how to fight. He openly told his clanmates about his ability to speak dog and, during the beginning of a storm, how his fur would stand on end. The clan cats did not believe him until it happened before their very eyes.

This skill swiftly became useful to BirchClan, warning them away from their more dangerous territory sections and cautioning them to a flood. Because of this, Haybale during his warrior ceremony was also given the new role of Weather Watcher, alongside the new name Staticpeak.

Staticpeak never forgot his roots as a farm cat, but happily and gratefully enjoys his life as a clancat. When he met his mate Desertflower, he had become so enamored by her beauty and penchant for adventure that he often talked about her to anyone who would listen. It would not be for another moon before Staticpeak would finally get the courage to openly flirt and woe her.

When Desertflower and he officially became mates, Staticpeak took to his new son, Unrulystorm, like flies to honey. He cared for Desertflower and used his love for her to build up a love for this young warrior, who he began to see as a son.

After earning the title of father from Unrulystorm, Staticpeak lived a happy, eventful life with Deserflower even when she announced that she was expecting kits. Staticpeak was overjoyed, pleased to become a father again, and once again boasted to any cat who would listen that his beautiful mate was bringing life into the clan.
