Kasrou

A bashful Londoner with a semi-paralyzed tail, Kas works as a freelance programmer of custom apps for personal devices. Thanks to a knack for cute UI and a versatile skillset, she is sort of embarassingly wealthy from this. Otherwise very modest with her profits, her greatest indulgence is a roomy apartment adjacent to London's sprawling Ring Park, giving her at least one view that opens out onto trees and rolling parkland.

Kasrou lives alone, but is in a committed relationship with a houndy synth/AI called J0Y who lives in the Digital Quarter. Their visits are frequent but Kasrou and her lover require different living environments to be comfortable and so they live apart. Kasrou is shy and easily flustered IRL but has a vibrant and vigorous online social life, and is an avid follower of all manner of popular or bizarre influencers and blogs.

Kas's tail is roughly 3/4 limp and unable to move. She still has some sensation, and the upper 1/4 is perfectly fine. The option to amputate is always on the table, as Kasrou doesn't really need her tail for balance, but Kas is far too fond of her own tail and prefers to risk the chance of further injury. She walks about with it draped over one arm, and tends to hug it to go to sleep.
