Profile
Faye is an air-headed saytyr that works as the fireman on the Cosmo Express. Her job on the train is to shovel the stars generated from others dreams into the engine as fuel for the train to run. She seems to not have a clue in the world about the bad of the Cosmo Express, acting childish and full of whimsy, much unlike her colleague Altair. However, this gleeful persona is just that, a persona put up to hide her past.
The earliest thing Faye can remember is growing up in an orphanage on some distant planet. Saytyrs and other mystical creatures were often subject to poverty and many children were put into orphanages just like the one Faye was in. She had a relatively happy upbringing with the other children, quite enjoying the activities, staff and playing with the other children, a lot of them loving her for the soft fur on her legs.
When she was about fifteen, a new staff had joined the orphanage, a purple-clad fox kemonomimi that introduced himself with a warm smile and was loved by the kids immediately. Faye, on the other hand, did not feel safe around the fox, instinctually feeling a bad feeling about the fox. When her feelings were proven, she tried to tell the others, yet nobody believed her, unable to physically prove what she had seen. The others quickly assumed she was just trying to stir up trouble.
The rumors only further evolved when the fox suddenly disappeared without a trace, no sign of him ever being there. The children assumed Faye had something to do with the disappearance and she was outcast from the group. Physically, she was near all of them but socially, it was as if she were on another planet.
She surived this for a while but eventually she could not take the isolation any longer, deciding to run away in the night. She was 16, she could survive on her own. She escaped into the night carrying everything she had to her name. Suddenly, she was stopped in her tracks by a fox-eared man. It was the mysterious staff who had disappeared. He introduced himself as Astrophel and offered her a true escape from the isolation. All she had to do was shake his hand. She had no other choice, taking his hand as she boarded the Cosmo Express for the first time
Faye has now adopted a clueless, air-headed personality, not telling anyone about the bad she sees, especially from the conductor. She does not want to be isolated again. Besides, her job on the train isn't so bad...
