About...
The leader of the Provisional Agency - at least, in everything but name. He manages the islands' police, oversees its upkeep, approves new residents, meddles in the other Agency branches, and takes on more work than seems humanly possible. Quinten gets it all done, of course - finding meaning and purpose in the god-given task of tending to Evenne.
Though his expectations are high, his fair decisions and good management keep the Agency running efficiently and happily, even during cycles the island finds itself under attack or guiding the world.
His little free time is spent with his partners - the other Caretakers of the island, the true followers of Yerxes. His passion for and adoration of them is endearingly steadfast.
Personality...
Domineering, controlling, intimidating, authoritarian. Will heap so much responsibility onto his plate and then finish it all spectacularly in a day. If people don't continually assert their jobs or skills, he'll steamroll right over them since he knows he can do it better. Hell, even if they do, he'll probably just circumvent them somehow and preemptively do their work.
Finds meaning and purpose in fulfilling his work and duties. Only relaxes vicariously through his boyfriends. Festi come over here so he can fucking SNUGGLE YOU.

Abilities...
Flame: Sheening Violet Flame, Dominion of the Mirror
Quinten's Flame can be turned "on" and "off" and lets him reject or reflect any Flame or magic used on him. The effect of the Flame/magic is returned to the caster, or barring that, negated completely.
Powers...
Quinten has god-given super strength; he is capable of feats such as stopping a moving train with his bare hands.
Artifacts...
Quinten owns a small hourglass, a gift from Xharde, that lets him double-up on time to complete more tasks.
