As the god of normality, Newark enforces the average, typical and expected parameters of reality, and counteracts the strange and unpredictable. He encourages conformity, measured responses, placation and being average. Newark is perpetually calm and collected. He's incredibly strategic and always thinks towards the future. While he considers himself True Neutral, and his actions are only to preserve normalcy in the world, he doesn't always take into consideration the feeilngs and needs of others, and can come across as cold and uncaring. Newark never raises his voice and speaks like a well-educated gentleman. Being in his presence will cause one to behave normally and without abberation.

Newark has the ability to alter perceptions of what's normal. He can make people ignore him as an uninteresting sight, convince anyone that something is under control and not unusual at all, and generally create the understanding that his actions are completely normal. Newark's compelling voice means that people are inclined to believe and do what he says, because they perceive anything he asks them to be a normal request.

Newark also has control of the Void element, and is able to discharge and take apart any kind of magical energy. His weapon is a shapeshifting disk of void called Discus, which often takes the shape of an axe for combat. He is most often seen wearing professional clothing. His signature item of clothing is a blue scarf that is said to have been created by Panic himself, and may be imbued with a special power.

Newark's hobbies are reading, observing people and studying. He is considered the leader of the Offsprings and generally is the one who enforces whatever plans the group makes. His counterpart is Ohare.
