NON CLOSED SPECIES/GENERAL ADOPTABLE DESIGN TERMS OF SERVICE

• No refunds.
• You may trade, gift, and resell my designs. 
• You may not resell for higher than the original price paid unless art has been added.
• Do not duplicate the design (ie. Making a 'twin'.)
• Do not edit the original art of the character without permission.
• You may create NSFW of the character design.
• Credit me as the original designer even if redesigned.
• Commercial use not allowed. Please contact me if you wish to discuss commercial pricing.

CANDYFLOSS ADOPT TERMS OF SERVICE

All Candyfloss group rules precede my TOS and override any of my TOS that it conflicts with.

GENERAL

• No refunds.
• You may trade and gift my designs.

• Credit me as the original designer even if redesigned.

PRECLAIMING

• You have 48 hours to send payment after the finished batch is posted, but if you need more time or need to send earlier, please contact me.

ART EDITS

• Feel free to make any edits you'd like to my art or the finished design without permission so long as you credit me & yourself as the editor. Redesigns must go through the redesign center.
• If I still have the PSD, I may provide it for edits if one asks.
• I don't allow hateful edits to my art; ie. hate symbols, slurs, whitewashing and such. You will be blacklisted if caught making these edits.
