Keyx

Keyx is in actuality one of the commander's 'lost' sons. He was born fully by mistake- not the result of a 'natural' conception, rather from an excess of her magical power that formed a living being. Though as the creator god she created many things..many people and many creatures- a majority were on purpose, Keyx was different. He was a slip-up, a strange byproduct of her power- He intrigued her. Not quite sure what he was, she wasn't sure where to put him. She couldn't place the infant in a family where he wouldn't belong...potentially dangerous and unstable, so she kept him,and raised him as if he were her real child. So he is in fact not an angel- but a partial diety himself, an offshoot of one of the strongest gods. He is, however, very lighthearted. He loves mortals- and their stories. So instead of accompanying his mother, he travels the world she created. He lives his life as a mortal. Though his mother finds him unusual- she lets him pursue this life, as long as he doesn't reveal his identity. So he keeps his history a secret- to avoid being returned to his mother's side in the celestial plane. Despite having the strength of a diety- he doesn't have an official role, he isn't the 'god' of anything. He's just a guy trying to live his life happily. Even though he doesn't stay in one place long. He doesn't really associate with his 'siblings' -as most of them aren't even aware of his existance, if they are- they don't speak to him either. He's centuries younger than any of them anyways. But he does love his mother very much..even if he doesn't see her so often in his travels, he knows she's always there, and though he isn't at her official service as an angel would be- he'd be at her side in an instant if she truly needed him. Despite the number of her children- she cares dearly for him as well. She is strangely closer to him than some of her own legitimate children. She doesn't see him often-but when she does they'll just spend hours together talking- telling each other stories,and keeping each other company. And those times are some of Keyx's fondest memories. Its possible his entire journey is just an excuse to find more stories to tell her....He wouldn't admit it though. Its pretty hard to find stories that a being like his mother wouldn't know.

As an accidental magical creation, he doesn't really have any 'real' powers- at least not that he can control. His abilities are volitile weapons- that he can use when threatened, but probably not figure out how to use at any other time. His mother has made efforts to teach him to utilize his skills...but since hes one of a kind even she draws a loss on how to help him sometimes. Since it seems unlikely he'll truly figure out how to manage his talents- He instead chooses not to use them. That way no one will get hurt. He controls his emotions by staying consistantly optimistic and happy- and then he never has a need to injure anyone....Because he is a bit afraid of his own creation and what damage he could possibly do to those around him. As a creation of pure energy- his 'human-like' form is just a guise shaped by his mother, as his real form is a bit more terrifying.

Despite how close he is to his mother even he is a bit baffled by her sometimes. He doesn't know all that much about her- so even if he were questioned on it he could only tell you the same things most people know.
