A monster with hair-like appendages.  Two small white eyes almost invisible above the huge red eye inside its mouth. Causes her to be mistaken for an one-eyed monster but technically she is three-eyed. Because the third eye is in her mouth, she cannot speak or eat. No clear orifice that explains how she can hear. see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil.

Backstory:

Amelia was a sweet and trusting young child. She was in the forest playing with her friends as they normally do, off the path where it's perfect for hide-and-seek, when a strange man approached them and put a knife to them. The man told them: "Pick a friend who dies, or I'll just kill you all." Her friends betrayed her, pointing her out to be killed. They then just watched as the man murdered Amelia, not trying to do anything at all. Not a scream, not a foot running to get help. They just let Amelia be murdered. The man said to her friends: "Good job. Now if you tell anyone what you saw, I'll come hunt you down and kill you the same." And so her friends kept the man's secret. Even when her parents cried in anguish, searching for their missing daughter. Even at her funeral when her body was finally found 3 months later. Even when questioned by the police, their parents, their other friends about what happened to Amelia. They all said they saw nothing. And so Amelia bore a grudge. A hatred grew in her. The hate took form and sent her spirit to HalloweenTowne in this form. 

*More plot happens and Amelia mellows out*

Current: Amelia doesn't bear a hatred anymore. She now has new friends in HalloweenTowne who are all sorts of creatures, some who experienced a horrible thing like her. She is happy living her days in HalloweenTowne, where there is no evil anymore.
