Rutile's Brother!

One of the two keepers to the gates of Hell. He watches over the cages of the fallen and decides whether they will be kept there, reincarnated, or sent into the void to be permanently lost. Despite his dreary job, he's quite kind and loves to read. He collects flowers that are sent to him by Anu, and has a small garden of glowing flowers near The Edge.
