Elias' sister!

One of the two keepers to the gates of Hell. Rutile literally guards the gate with Cerberus, being the first and last person you want to see if you're trying to get in or get out. She's very excitable and trains absolutely constantly. Despite her cutesy appearance, she is actually incredibly strong and will pummel most in a duel. If you DO defeat her, though, she'll let you through the gate.
