Creator

About

Creator was the first sorcerer to be born, and although it took some time to get adjusted, was welcomed with open arms by their village. Whenever magic offered a quicker or easer route, he took it (especially if it benefitted others) He was raised with humility and taught that magic didn't make him any more important or less important then everyone else, and he learned to not take himself so seriously, letting life happen and getting through it with the help of his close friends and family. He knew how to take a joke, would be fed 'humble pie' if he ever acted too pompous, loved to sing in the middle of the night to other friends, and travelled every winter to avoid the snow. Creator always did his best to be there for others, as they were there for him.
During Ichor's Comet, his magic lost its shape and turned volatile, unable to be controlled. Terrified, he ran away and was pursued by his friends who wanted to comfort and help him, but the magic retaliated and badly hurt anyone who approached. When the comet was over, Creator could only feel a deep shame in his actions and felt the need to punish himself for letting his magic go on the fritz (at the time, he was unaware of the comet's influence) He self-imposed an exile and vowed to not return until he could master his magic, but it wasn't long before he became homesick. Longing for his friends, his family, his home, he took to living above his home in the clouds. Loneliness gripped him, but he didn't want to go back on his word (even though no one wanted him to leave in the first place) and decided to create the 'angels', inanimate husks he sculpted and transferred mortal souls into. He would unknowingly break the rules of Hades, a deity who hates those attempt to cheat death, as angels were immortal to certain extents. While iving with his creations was enough at first, it wasn't what he wanted. Angels saw him as higher and above everything, many were 'religious' in a way, as they knew who their creator was and could ask him meaningful questions about their own existence. But Creator didn't want worshippers or to be put on a pedestal, so after decades, he went back to the surface.
Creator was socially awkward but eager and excitable, his earnesty and authenticity quickly garnered him the fun, casual friendships he missed. Returning home to his family, he was welcomed back in a tearful reunion. He would decide to stay on the surface and start teaching classes of magic to mortals (who would be deemed devils, affectionately), believing that the angels would be fine without him. This would be wildly incorrect.
