ai, on the surface, is easily described as elegant and reserved. her mannerisms and behaviours exhibiting nothing but a graceful demeanor to those she passes by. however, this is only at first glance. she most definetly isn't as composed and collected as she lets herself on to be. mai tries her best to keep herself from showing intense emotions in front of others, but it proves to be difficult at times.
despite all this however, mai has a heavy head on her shoulders. she can stand her ground and isn't afraid to fight for what she wants. her ambition shines through a lot of her other traits, all she is concerned with in current times is the goals she set for herself.

- mai did ballet when she was 10, it didn't last long however. she stopped attending classes at 12.
- her hair is dyed, it's originally black.
- due to the goals she has for herself she feels she must be "perfect". she often holds herself up to unhealthy standards, whether it be appearance, work, her life in general.
- her soul is in hair bow. it acts as a semi-sentient being, moving and reacting alongside her and her emotions.
- she is the 6th assigned saint, also the 3rd strongest of them all. her parasol doubles as her weapon.

- design note. the flowers on her skirt aren't real, they're paper flowers glued onto the fabric.
- design note. it's not shown in the photo, but she usually accesorizes herself with jewerly. most notably pearl necklaces and rings.
- design note. she has 5 bows on her outfit.
- design note. she has a brown bag she carries all her essentials in. there isn't a lot of things in it though. she underestimated how long her journey would take.
- design note. her right thigh is bandaged due to an injury.
- design note. she has 5 visible moles. 3 on her face and 2 on her neck + collarbone.
- design note. most of her clothes are black and white, she rarely wears any other colours.

" he's interesting. i respect him and his ambition, but i can't help the feeling that.. something is going on with him. "
their first interaction took place after mai's coronation, santos introduced himself to her and she did the same. after that day mai notice that santos seemed to have taken an interest in her, which didn't go unnoticed on her behalf, she never directly discussed any of it with him however. just let it be.
santos is a strong individual and mai finds herself in awe of that, but pushing those aspects aside she finds him to be oddly boastful and full of himself. it gets annoying at times, but who is she to say anything? he treats her respect, and even though he can make her feel uneasy, she does the same. .

cupid and mai don't interact often, but when they do it's usually nothing major. most times they speak are via meetings with the saints or discussing things with edgar. cupid can be useful and a big belp when she actually puts in the effort, however on the occasions where they aren't really doing anything, mai finds her to be.. a lot.
cupid has a lot of energy along with sass, which presents itself commonly in her arguments with santos, and mai isn't sure whether she finds entertaining or irritating. she will say, cupid can be a mood lifter, she's also very cheery..

rue and mai met in hell. he was the first one to have found mai, luckily, and took her into his hands, not wanting her to be endangered. not without them fighting first.
they generally can't get along, often getting into arguments regarding the way they're going to travel, the amount of time the journey would take, etc. aside from that however, they find themselves actually being a big help to each other, the deal they have strengthening their decisions to help one another.

mai and raegan have a rocky relationship, neither of them really liking each other. raegan's lack of respect leaves a sour taste in mai's mouth, and mai's presence as a whole bothers rae. they don't get along at all.
mai has tried to somewhat bond with rae, but it never goes anywhere.
