Geography and business major, Sam gives off a very intimidating vibe when you first meet him, but after getting to know him, he's a very loyal guy. He's analytical and deeply interested in planes and trains specifically. He's quite relaxed most of the time, but when given the chance to take charge, he's very uptight. Has trouble letting go of authority and is used to taking care of others. Cares deeply for the people he cares about. When faced with a problem he is unable to solve he gets easily frustrated.
Professional skier / snowboarder, and does marathon running for fun. Will tell you when your next train is arriving without even checking the departure board. Has the American map memorized

Ben and Adam - Sam, Ben and Adam are the friend group of all time. Sam met Adam first, and Adam later brought Ben into the friendship. Despite Ben and Adam being in a relationship, Sam has never felt like he was a third wheel or left out. The three of them care for each other deeply and Sam treats the other two like siblings. They like to mess around a lot and they're renowned for hosting their own campus game show that consists of large scale games of tag among other classic games such as hide and seek, called JetLag, that features their friend group as guests. The three of them have one braincell that Sam holds. Sam acts as the 'leader' of the three and throws out ideas the other two go with
Toby - Sam and Toby have always been close as siblings. Despite Sam being younger, he's highly protective of Toby and they has an "It's us against the world" mindset. They're close enough to know what the other is trying to say just through body language or eye contact
Michelle - Michelle and Sam have been friend since they were children. They have always been the outdoorsy type of person and they would constantly go explore the forests and hike together. Sam was the one who introduced Michelle to Toby, and they also have a sibling dynamic kind of going on too. Sam's calmer personality balances out Michelle's hyper act
Brian - Brian is doubtfully Sam's best friend. Although Sam, Ben and Adam are close, Brian and Sam have always been THE duo. They get each other on a deeper level, in a sense. Sam deals with Brian and they tease each other as much as possible. Although they claim to be best friends, they're constantly at each others throats and are hellbent on competing about everything ever. It's all lighthearted though, and they truly do care about each other. They're kind of in a situationship position. Are they rivals? Are they best friends? Are they lovers? Who knows. Sam values Brian's opinions above all elses, and Brian is his closest confidante.
