ideas:

• obsessive evil gay henchman kind of energy this one. I think he's obsessed with Et'hal. like worships him listens to his every word and gets bossed around by him but also he's into it yknow. so probably on that guy's section of the beastguard/always by his side etc.
• no shame at all whatsoever . but takes pride in being Towerstep and believes in Towerstep elitism.
• shrill high pitched voice and is a rambler.
• is sent as a scout to do things and is VERY FAST. he is a smaller type of Towerstep referred to runners (bc they r more built for running sdhfjksdf). Runners are generally thought as lesser among towerstep. And T'heraba also believes this but like sees it as his place, like probably had conflicted emotions about it deep down but also he's been indoctrinated to the culture of it being raised within Jahaenha.
• uses wind magic to make himself run faster. Can't really use it for combat tho.
• Cheerful optimistic guy, he's always got a smile and a joke even when it really really isn't the time for it. Makes normal jokes but also morbid jokes. Does not have any respect for the dead like at all. This is something he and Et'hal have in common.
