Hot headed guy from Reiki. Impulsive, self-centered and always up for a fight. Kinda dumb. Just loves violence, even if he gets beaten up. Has a really annoying personality, always demeaning and cussing other people. He will taunt you to make you angry. Has a way to find a problem in everything, nothing is ever good to him - unless he did it himself, then it's great even if it's awful.
He usually just stays in his own lane, not having many friends (unsurprisingly). He doesn't really like to socialize much. People are just a pain in the ass to him.

He has pretty decent ones, and while they're not top notch, they get the job done. His love of violence without restraints makes his moves a bit unpredictable. The only reason the cooperation stat isn't lower is because Reiki makes sure he does whatever they order, and often it is not alone.

But also, it makes him get into delicate or bad positions. He also does a lot of unnecessary movements that drain his energy. He tends to sidetrack and derail from the main goal randomly, and whoever's with him needs to keep him in check.

non-friendly rivalry
All the few times they met each other, they simply hated each other, mostly due to their somewhat similar personality, and even somewhat similar body mods.They can barely even look at each other without fighting. Eiraku is always shoving on Rui's face how his mods are dumb and unpractical and how his are better, but is pissed that Rui is indeed stronger than him. Fortunately they are not in the same group and their meeting simply do not happen often.
