Lucy may just be the most intelligent student in her class, always impressing the teachers with her ability to catch up with the high school curriculum. She was admitted into Clone High when she was 10 due to her parents being members of the school faculty, and she has gotten used to life there ever since. She has also gotten a role as a hall monitor earlier in 2022.

Others often discriminate her for who she is (even though she is not blind like her clonemother) and may look down on her for being "just a kid", and she has accidentally annoyed others many times whenever she snitches on them to members of the school faculty as this is technically her job. Overall, even when she is one of the most intelligent students at Clone High, she is one of the least popular ones there as well. Maybe she's planning on joining the Bleacher Creatures soon as they're constantly trying to recruit her into the gang due to these reasons...

To many others, Lucy seems like a very rowdy, bratty and annoying "little kid" who does everything to spite others, though this is mostly an exaggerated claim from some of the seniors. She is also very well-behaved in front of the teachers, which makes it even worse as the teachers would be defending her actions whenever people call her out. In reality, she just wants all these claims and rumors about her to stop spreading for once. She is constantly thinking about dropping out of Clone High as she doesn't want to be seen as this "genius that all the teachers love".

Lucy is very serious about her studies and the things that she loves. Due to an indirect influence from one specific student, she has learnt to love nature as much as Jim does, and even managed to befriend him online at some point (not in real life as she doesn't want him to be canceled as well).

Lucy constantly worries about the fact that she may currently be disappointing her clonemother due to her rowdiness. However, her views of this also began to change due to the influence of said student, as she begins to learn from her that maybe chaos isn't that bad after all - it just serves as an indirect way to preserve the legacy of the historical figures that they used to be.

Unlike her clonemother, she is an atheist and thinks that the existence of a god is purely a myth, though she did join the Prayer Pals while it lasted, showing that she does respect others with such beliefs.

Martha Washington: Lucy's main influence. She often refers to her as "pretty birdie" whenever Marthie sits on her lap (a spot which she feels comfortable in).

- Lucy is the young clone of Ching Man-fai (1936-2011), a studious woman from Guangzhou (but moved to Hong Kong) who turned blind due to an accidental illness at a young age, which had since caused her to be discriminated by many. She was most known for her biography "One of the Lucky Ones", which has since been adapted into stage plays and movies over time.

- Lucy's design is mainly based on the portrayal of her clonemother in the Cantonese movie One of the Lucky Ones (1994).

- The reason as to why Lucy is 12 is due to her being cloned right after her clonemother's death in 2011.

- Lucy is partially based on Helga from Hey Arnold!. Her similarity to Lalavava, Mandark's sister in Dexter's Laboratory, however, is purely coincidental.
