In this AU, @Kregl 's characters from her hindu-inspired Deity world have crossed the gap and made their presence known to the High Elves-- specifically, to the Royal family, who are in awe of their presence. Within no time does the Royal family do their best to accommodate these deities, hoping to gain their favor and create an alliance that will further their power until they can, perhaps, conquer Oakkha as a whole.
Deakong is EXACTLY the same as his normal counterpart, beyond his dealings with this almost-omnipotent species. He especially takes to the deities, wishing terribly that he could harness that power himself...
Though the more he learns about emissary Kharshad, the more he is disappointed. A man with such power should not be so careless about the way he carries himself, he feels.

basically, the deities and the elves are a mess together, but eventually they get so tangled up that it seems hard to separate (especially when babies borne through the alliance start occurring!!!) oops.....
also deakong does not mind wrecking relationships and families and will get that deity booty if it so pleases him LOL
