Same guy-- just now he's a careless, wanted criminal. Usually up and down the scale of 'small time crook' to 'bounties have him listed wanted dead or alive for massive bucks'.
Everything about him leading up to his life of crime is the same. He's still a hedonist who refuses to tone down the alcohol intake and tail-chasing. It's just now... He has a gun and isn't afraid to use it.
