Mae is shy, softpsoken, and somewhat introverted. She has trouble starting conversation and can come across as somewhat unapproachable at times. She is a very loyal friend however, and is incredibly caring! She's pretty clever and academically smart. Mae can be passive aggressive as a result of avoiding conflict.
Mae feels like she is a heavy burden, and is very concerned that she's being pitied by everyone around her. Mae has a desperate desire to prove herself as strong.

Mae is of average height and is thin! She's a fast runner and is pretty agile. She is built like a pretty average teen girl lmao. She is almost always wearing her big hat!!
Backstory
Mae lived with her two parents until somewhat recently, when her parents got divorced. Her father ended up taking sole custody, and lashed out at Mae often due to him blaming her for his divorce. This went on for a while, and when Mae turned 17, she left home to find her mother so she could live with her instead. Along the way, Mae ran into Alrune, benji and Leohne! And they're now adventuring together :)

Name Alrune and Benji
Mae is close with Alrune and Benji, seeing the two as her closest ever friends, since sh'es really never had friends before. She does recognize, however ,that Benji and Alrune seem to have a closer bond with eachother than she has with either of them. She doesnt seem bothered by this however, and cares about them very much.
Name Leohne
Mae sees Leohne as her escort, and feels a lot safer traveling now that he's with her. She hates feeling dependent on him, but she recognizes that she totally is and probably would'nt have gotten this far without his help. She likes him a lot, though, and considers herself very lucky to have gotten to know a war hero of such high esteem.
Name Aerik
Though Mae thought Aerik was pretty pathetic at first, now that she
s getting to know him , she finds herself strangely relating with him. He's a lot more sociable and pleasant than Mae thought he would be.
