As the abnormal coloring likely gave away this is no normal bottlenose dolphin.
An extraterrestrial who flew to earth as a curious calf decided to stay and call this place home.
Over the years he has learnt & can speak multiple inhabitants of this planet's languages most notable being humans.
It's name was given due to the fact his blowhole is able to blast fire and when struck by lightning he can even shoot lightning bolts! The name also connects with his ability of flight since he can "blast off" like a superhero! Which looks like he's swimming in the air seeming to defy all laws of physics.
