A common shift and his natural form, the Centaur body has its advantages, though Tarq himself doesn't see it as such.
There are certain... Biological functions that do not work as simply as they should, in his opinion, in this natural state.
And besides, with how ancient he is, he notices that there are a plethora of other Demons that no longer have such weighty shapes and bodies as this anymore...
To put it bluntly, he will revert to this state under extreme duress, or if he is tasked/asked to. It makes him feel fat and old LOL and despite his attitude, it stings to be reminded of his lack of beauty or grace that others seem to carry better than he.
Though, he is asked OFTEN to shift to this form... Maybe that's why he hates working with mortals so much
-The leg wraps are due to being careless with knocking into things/himself on account of form shifting too much and losing sense of his spatial awareness lmao. But the ones around his neck are because he's self conscious about how the runes look up there. (sometimes these wraps can be seen in his satyr form.)
