Profile
Lato Version:
MiirRazylym is among the proud race of Doggoons which are a sub-species of Kobold in Lato. Like the Kimons, Doggoons and various other Kobold sub-species were displaced or slaughtered or even enslaved by the humans during an event called The Culling. His earliest years are not too different from those of most Doggoons, having been born a slave to the Mage House Odest. He was kept in a kennel like box for most of his life, only being allowed out on to train in various forms of weapons and feats of athleticism. Not knowing any other existence, he compitulated with his handlers until he was little more than a trained attack dog. He had not even met another Doggon until he was in his teenage years, and was fully under the control of the Odest trainers. He was then assigned to a pack which is where he was introduced to his littermates, where they would be unleashed to quell peasant revolts or serve as expendable bodies when two mage houses warred with each other.
For years, he served in the Mage Houses army, expected to die like most of the slave soldiers, but always managed to come back alive. It was on one of the mage house war excursions that he was cut off from the Odest army by a spell that shattered the earth, hurdling him down into a river. He was then sent down stream, until he eventually made it to shore, bloodied and unconscious. He was discovered by a young man by the name of Milenko, who dragged him back to the hunting lodge his family had been staying at. He, with aid of his family physician, nursed Miir back to health. When Miir finally came to, he was scared, uncertain of what these new people had planned for him. He could barely speak any language, and only knew of cruelty and aggression as one of Odest's attack dogs. However, over time, Milenko was able to teach him more words and concepts while nursing him, and this caused Miir to have an epiphany about his prior existence. Now, as he has gotten older, he and Milenko work to free Doggoons who are slaves, and take them into Milenko's compound. This has left Miir with quite a few young pups to tend to, much to his "chagrin".
