• Calls his husband a stupid man-thing quite often, and the guy is very much into it.
• Enjoys seducing and playing mind games with humans in order to convince them into signing a contract with him—oftentimes doing so over such extended periods of time that it becomes the textbook example of a long con. Their lives become drastically worse soon after; the only methods of escape at their disposal being death or following his every whim. Both eventually lead to the same inevitable outcome, though.
• Has delved deeply into arts of necromancy and other dark, ancient magic over the vast majority of his current lifetime.
• He and Stetson 'met' on a dating website courtesy of a well-intentioned Asmodeus. While Muzzle was at first rightfully annoyed, he decided to humour his matchmaker and meet the man he had already been set up with. They ended up heading to a hotel, got more than a little frisky and soon afterwards Muzzle stabbed his date in the jugular. After having heard Stetson's voice for the first time he had decided to kill him in order to take it for himself, but despite his best efforts all the cowboy did was bleed all over the bed sheets and flirt as if Muzzle hadn't just made an attempt on his life. Somehow, years later, they are now happily married with two children.
• His direct relation to Asmodeus has gifted him with the ability of disguising himself near perfectly in comparison to the majority of demonkind. He has swathes of these carefully curated disguises, and they are often so convincing that few manage to see past the glamour.
• Is still highly religious despite being a demon.
• Owns an Oriental Shorthair that he named Salem, and who was later fondly referred to as Goblin by the couple. He was gifted to Muzzle by Stetson shortly after their engagement.
• Steals the voices (and on occasion faces) of those he has killed. His true voice has very rarely been heard by anyone—including himself.
• Throughout his lifetime he has been a coroner, mortician, priest, plague doctor, surgeon and a variety of other relatively short-lived occupations.
• While he does primarily use magic, Muzzle is more than adept at melee combat. Those spikes on his staff aren't just for show!
