Design Notes
- Missing part of his right index finger and most of his pinky finger.
- Wears a signet ring on his left pinkie.

- Army uniform is preferred but can be drawn in alternative outfits shown on ref sheet.
- Jasper is a Lieutenant but he does get promoted to Captain so he can be drawn at either rank.
