Illias is a kind person with a strong moral compass that has been imposed on him by his parents. He's used to social events and gatherings that are a part of being a professional hero since he'd been taken to those since he was a kid. He knows how to get along with people and others see him as charming and friendly. Despite that, he's listener. People often confide in him but he rarely talks about himself. Sometimes others find it hard to read, since he doesn't do what they expect him. The reason for this is that he's trying to set up his own name as a hero and not be famous only because his parents are. He's very determined to go his own way in America, where his parents aren't as known as they are in Italy.
As a support hero, Illias needs to work in a team but since he's confident in his fighting skills he often gets caught up in the middle of the fight. Since he usually doesn't communicate his plans to others he has a habit of acting without consulting it first with his team and ending up in trouble. He tends to rush in without thinking when someone is in trouble. Sometimes he's so determined to set his own name as a hero and be recognized sparately from his parents that it makes him unable to distinguish between good sides and flaws of their actions and reject both.
Towards villains he's bold and cocky but when facing one one on one he reaches into the logical part of his mind. Since his quirk doesn't physically help him in combat, he put a lot training into his speed and technique. He also tried many different aspects of hero work during his internship, from rescues to stealth missions, which makes him knowledgable about how certain categories of heroes conduct their missions.

Illias comes from an Italian family of heroes. Both his parents are one of the most popular heroes in his country and he's been growing up between pro heroes. His mother taught him to fight well enough for him to be able to protect himself even though he's not physically strong and his quirk doesn't give him any advantage in battle. He used to accompany his parents to hero galas and other events they were asked to attend, where he learned to put a lot of effort into a proper presentation as a hero. His family was wealthy, so he didn't really lack anything when he was growing up but his parents often weren't home since they actively worked and could be sent on a mission at any time. Moreover, the society had high expectations of him as a child of two popular heroes and he was often seen as a future part of their team, not his own person. That made him want to separate himself from them and prove that he doesn't need his family name to be a good hero.
It took him a long time to convince his parents to let him study abroad, but in the end they agreed to send him to the best Hero Academy in US. Only after he told them that he had no intention of coming back to Italy, which didn't make them very happy. He's, however, stong in his decision. After high school, he begun his internship and worked in many agencies with different specializations to check which one was the best for him and gain experience with working in different situations. In the end he decided he wants to be a part of a team that fights villains and helps people. He got his hero licence and now he's working on setting up his own agency, despite having many offers from already existing, highly placed in rankings ones.
Illias' quirk allows him to gradually heal or power up allies by singing. For the effect to work, his allies need to be able to hear him, so he always have a microphone as a part of his hero suit. This allows his quirk to work on a larger areas. Healing effect and power up effect are caused by different songs and they can't be used at the same time. They constantly change, based on what music Illias is listening to the most at the moment.
The healing effect doesn't work immidiately. It kicks in after about two first lines of the song and gradually heals allies' wounds. The healing stops as soon as Illias stops singing. Song of Light can heal only physical injuries, it can't cure ilnesses or fix things like blindness, deafness or inability to walk. It also can't fix broken bones. The power up effect lasts as long as Illias is singing and includes increased physical strenght, speed and damage tolerance.
As an addition to it, Illias has six pairs of wings that allow him to fly and carry one person with him, depending on their body weight.
