Geoff Kowalski

A "tragic" character who lived a short life and died a rather brutal death. Geoff usually did what he was told by his parents and was a well-disciplined, obedient child up until his teen years, so it definitely came as a shock to mom and dad when broke the news that he was becoming a parent himself at 16. And with such a thing being so "scandalous" (especially in the 40s!) both his parents and the mother's insisted they "do the right thing" and get married, despite neither of them really being interested in each other enough to do that. He wasn't the greatest father in the world, (in fact, he was awful) as being responsible for a kid at his age was too much for him to deal with. He attempted to divide his time between going to school and trying to be there for his wife & son, who lived at her parents house, but because her parents hated his guts, he didn't come over often and felt very unwelcome there. Often times he considered just running away from it all, but he never had the nerve to do it. Once he was done with high school it was pretty much decided for him that he needed to grow up (and toughen up!) and start providing for his family, and that the Army would make a "real man" out of him. Instead he was sent overseas and wound up never making it back home...

Personality

Geoff is a a rather spineless guy who seems to think very little of himself _{(or rather, acts like he does as a way of fishing for compliments & reassurance that he's wanted/needed.)} frequently puts himself down, and comes off as needy, almost desperate for attention at times. He is, for the most part, soft-spoken towards others, and while he doesn't talk much to most he likes being around other people, because being alone too long makes him nervous. Other men usually see him as a huge "pussy", and he is quite used to being picked on (whether in a more "playful" way or straight up bullying.) As innocent and weak as he seems he's a sad boy with a dark & disturbed soul, who is prone to moodiness, a bitchy attitude, and moments of snapping at others when he's feeling especially upset. There's definitely some rage brewing inside him, as well as plenty of dirty and deviant thoughts. When he does begin to feel more comfortable around someone he'll open up more, even starting conversations on his own and asking them questions about themselves. (Though when he does this there's a chance he's having said "dirty" thoughts of them and is looking to get to know them better...)

Mannerisms

Quiet and keeps to himself, doesn't speak to most people until spoken to first unless he has gotten to know them well and feels comfortable with them. Tends to keep his head down and tries not to make eye contact, but at the same time is rather "nosy" and listens in on other people's conversations a lot, which leads to him having to quickly turn his head and look away when he's caught snooping. XD Also has a bad habit of staring (when they're not looking, of course) at people he finds attractive. He almost always appears to be cold and is very sensitive to it, and is often bundled up in warm clothing. When sitting down he often has his arms crossed to keep warm and will be shivering in cold weather. Instinctively flinches if someone raises a hand too quickly or moves too suddenly around him.

Voice

Talks quietly and has a nervous tone to his voice, it also wavers a bit. I guess Travis in Fallout 4 is a pretty good example of what he'd sound like...including his tendency to stutter/repeat some words. He will also trail off and get quiet after saying something embarrassing, or when he thinks no one's paying attention anymore.

Looks

Hair: A dull, light brown color & cut short, his hair is very soft and has a lot of little curls, giving it a "tousled" look. Occasionally, he slicks it back with pomade.

Eyes: Wide, "sad-looking", bluish-gray eyes with dark circles underneath. They usually appear to only be half open unless he's shocked/scared/surprised.

Build: Very thin, no muscle, his waist is narrow and both his ribs and hipbones stick out. He also has virtually no body hair

Scars/Body Modifications/Other distinguishing features: Like his youngest brother he has elf-like ears, as well as a fair amount of freckles on his face & body. His skin is very pale with a slight grayish tone (it's light enough that it makes people wonder if he may be sick!)

Clothing

When not in his fatigues he wears fairly plain clothing: black, white, and grey as the main colors, with an occasional bit of brown or blue thrown in. He wears either jeans or slacks (sometimes with suspenders), paired with plain t-shirts, striped shirts, sweaters, or long-sleeve button-up/dress shirts. He will add on a bowtie if he's ever in a situation where he's supposed to dress formally. Most of his clothes are loose/baggy on him due to him being so thin.
