Oslo is not nessecarily famous, but he is very well known and feared by a small pocket of society who were too naieve to escape the jaws of his magic. Being gifted with strong magic ability in the realm of curses, he makes it a point to exploit vulnerable creatures he finds while he wanders the world. He will often grant you something you have always wanted in exchange for some of your life energy, which only goes to make him stronger. Oslo has no strict allegience to any other magic being, but may gamble away the portions of your soul he owns for his own gain. He's not one to mess with.
Created in 2014. The chips in his fur are magnetically connected to him via magic, he charges them to carry out curses he casts on unsuspecting creatures. If you are given one, he inately knows exactly where you are all times, even if you lose the chip it will find you and follow you.
