Bonnevali Von Darkspire (Humanvali)

Bonnevali is the youngest child of a big family and an estranged princess from a small kingdom. She left home with little warning. Her story so far is pretty similar to original Edemia AU Bonnevali, still becomes a scary mercenary, I think her family also still has some curse or at least she has some kind of vampiric/beastial-like power. The world is pretty different though, working out a lot of details still.

She met her husband Aebel when he was on a research trip, probably a several years long one. She met him multiple times, they became friends, got closer etc. They might have gotten a little almost romantic, But what happened was Aebel's research trip was over so he was going back to the university or research program or whatever that sent them in the first place. Bonnevali was super upset he was leaving, probably realized then that she was in love with them, and not long before his ship left she confronted him and probably tearfully confessed and Aebel was like Poggers??? (I mean he was ALSO pretty worried about her since she was upset but he was also aaAAyEAHHH) since he had a crush on her. So she went back with him and met his family and they got married yada yada.

I'm thinking she finally decided to go back and visit her family, after at least 4 years of being married to Aebel, possibly more, she either found out she was pregnant and decided to go back, or she got there and then found out she was pregnant.
