About

Cloudbreeze is a warm, loving warrior who hates conflict, but is absolutely ferocious in battle. She can receive prophetic dreams, often as warnings, such as when she dreamed Stormheart fell through the frozen ice and managed to save him before he was swept away. The only other cat who knows this is Marshsight, the medicine cat and her closest in-clan friend, who takes her dreams as her own so Cloudbreeze can keep her powers a secret.

Cloudbreeze had wanted to raise a family ever since she was hardly more than a kit herself, and especially wanted to raise a family with Roeflight, her dearest friend and beloved. Unfortunately, those dreams were dashed when Roeflight was exiled for conspiring with Sunstrike to take down Moonstar's leadership.

She never stopped loving Roeflight, but knew there was no hope of a relationship while he belonged to another clan now however much they tried. In an attempt to move on, she took Stormheart, the clan's deputy, as her new mate. his interest was clear, and he told her their kits would be the strongest, bravest warriors in the clan, destined to rule the clans. She tried her best to love him, and at least it quelled the rumours of her staying in a forbidden relationship, but their relationship was not easy. He was often too controlling, arrogant, and only seemed interested in the perception of a loving relationship than building one.
Cloudbreeze found herself drawn back to the easy, passionate love she had with Roeflight, and started meeting him in secret again. She fell pregnant with his kits, and ended things with Roeflight without telling him of their kits.

She didn't tell anyone the truth, and didn't think she ever would. Stormheart was overjoyed to hear the news, with no reason to doubt the kits were his, and had big plans for his future kits.
Tragedy struck when Cloudbreeze was less than a moon away from giving birth, and rogue cats raided the camp in revenge. The fight caused her to give birth too early. 2 kits died almost instantly, 1 kit died a day later, and that only left 1 with a minimal chance of surviving much longer.
Cloudbreeze was stricken with grief, unable to bear the little lives snatched away from her. Stormheart seemingly refused to visit, often excusing himself as too busy dealing with the rogues to make time. Cloudbreeze feared that she had made Starclan too angry to let her have kits, and her dear friend Islesight assured her that wasn't the case.
She named the last kit Wolfkit, hoping that the strength of the legendary beasts would somehow inspire her last remaining son to grow strong.

It worked. Wolfkit grew stronger by the day, and Cloudbreeze loved him more than life itself. It was almost enough to cope with raising him without his true father, and instead had to deal with Stormheart's presence. But at least he was a loving father, despite his tendency to treat Wolfkit too harshly with his expectations.
After dreaming about a sick queen dying in the woods, she found her but was unable to save the loner from dying. She did however rescue her two kits, and fostered them until they had to leave at 6 moons old. She loved them dearly and was heartbroken to let them go, but they returned and were given a place in the clan a few moons later.

Cloudbreeze remained close with her kit, far into his warriorhood, and was so proud that he turned into a strong, noble warrior with a sense of justice as strong as his claws, although she did worry about the way he'd blatantly ruffle the feathers of senior warriors.

Cloudbreeze isn't much of a hunter or swimmer, but is the best fighter in the clan
She's half-kittypet on her father's side, though nobody but her mother knew who the father was
She would have rather had Fireblaze as a mate if not Roeflight, but she knew the tom was not interested in her, even before he died.

Personality

Cloudbreeze is well-known for her compassion and good heart, even if a few warriors wish she her kindness wasn't so 'open'. She's the first to defend outsiders, and always wishes to do what she thinks is right, even if her clan disagrees. That said, she's not strict about the warrior code, and will easily reason to herself why her own moral code is more important (but secretly. What her clan mates don't know can't hurt them).

All in all, she wants everyone to get along and mind their business, and probably believes in the goodness of others a bit too strongly.

As her only parent, Cloudbreeze and Briarsong adored each other. She admired Briarsong's kindness and her stories of ancient cats, and appreciated how she treated and respected her best friend Roekit. She was devastated at Briarsong's death, but sees her mother in every blossom and blade of grass.

Cloudbreeze has no clue who her father is, just that she does not belong to Mapleclan. Unbeknownst to her, or anybody but Briarsong, her father is a kittypet from the Twoleg place.

Cloudbreeze and Roeflight were kithood friends and were as close as could possibly be. From as early as their apprenticeship, they knew their destinies were with each other, and were so head over heels in love that even the clan thought it was a bit much. Cloudbreeze was heartbroken when Roeflight was exiled for conspiring against Moonstar, and thought their relationship was over. But even in Sunclan, Roeflight loved Cloudbreeze, and she couldn't help herself from meeting up with the tom in secret. Even when she agreed to be mates with Stormheart, and really tried to fall in love with him, it didn't work. When she fell pregnant, she swore to herself to never get involved with Roeflight again, but she knew deep down her heart would take her back to him again.

When Cloudbreeze ran away/ was exiled herself, she thought she'd never see her Beloved again. Much to her surprise, Roeflight had left the clans as well, and they found each other again in the Twoleg place. She helped take back her old clan from Sunstar's rule, and then enjoyed the rest of her peaceful life with Roeflight.

Stormheart

Stormheart was a warrior by the time Cloudbreeze was born, and was very critical of her development and training. But then Cloudbreeze saved him from drowning, as warned by a dream, and suddenly it was like a switch in his heart. He also deeply admired Cloudbreeze's talent for fighting, and told her he'd make her the happiest queen in the clan if she helped raise their strong, formidable warriors together. Cloudbreeze agreed, thinking she could learn to love Stormheart, but he was too controlling and too harsh for her. Above all, it seemed like he blamed Cloudbreeze for having only one surviving kit, and the two failed to birth another litter. They never officially broke up, but they knew there was nothing left to fix.
