Regulus is Nova's fusion unit. She's the Light spectrum pilot, with her co-pilot being Valentine and her unit Pollux. She was quick to warm up to her pilot, and has a stable friendship with her. She can't stand still when her pilot is danger, sometimes even getting out of the activated mech to help her. Both Nova and her agree that they're fighting alongside each other, not as if Regulus is just a tool.

Regulus, though not the oldest sibling, is a good mom friend to have around. She looks pretty serious at first glance, but when you meet her it... won't probably change much. She's more of a serious rebel, defying anyone's orders and doing whatever she wants, when she wants it frequently. Sometimes, when she feels like it, she'll get a bit more comfortable laughing and screaming openly. Having a lot of younger siblings, she's grown used to giving advice, terrible advice, but still.

Regulus in her acts of defiance, was not always like that. Back in the day, she was pretty kind, though still stubborn, she was very fun to have around. She'd come up with something fun to do at the spot with her family, and was a good 'adventurer'. Nowadays, she only jokes with a serious face, which kinda makes her even funnier.

Regulus had a great start of life, but then it got worse. Severely worse. For 3000 years. Then it got a bit better.

ROYALTY

Regulus was one of the 13 children of a king, her being the fifth child. She and her siblings were living in pretty good conditions, until a kingdom nearby conquered her land and took her parents' lives. The grieving royalty was kept imprisioned in their castle, and when a swarm of void demons attacked the castle, the enemy's guards couldn't stop them from going in deeper. Though the siblings tried to fight back, they were too weakened to prevail. They were turned into void demons, and effectively killed anyone in their path (mostly the enemy kingdom).

The goddess Koroquo, the patron of their kingdom, took pity on the siblings and recovered their souls back as she could. Their human bodies were so weak Koroquo made the executive decision to reduce them into magic cores, buried away for anyone with the power to bring them back to find.

SPIRIT

After sleeping for about three thousand years, Aegis members, specifically a crew led by Taylor, found her core while researching magic signals being emitted in the area. After doing some research, Taylor found a way to almost bring her and her siblings back: turning them into fusion units. In her current conditions, she cannot have a solid body, only being able to turn back and forth between a human and a sphere of light.
