Rico

Enrique "Rico"

Rico is a slightly fit leopard seal that stands taller than average at 6'8". His fur is short and dense with the majority of the color being a soft pink, the underside a light peach hue, and the end of his limbs a purple. The transition of colors of his fur are done with spots from the darker color. His hair is a bright pink and straight, the left side of his head shaved, reaching down to his lower back. His hair can be tied back or decorated with thin braids, never in a man-bun. The palm of his hands are a lighter shade of purple, there is slight webbing between his fingers, and his dark claws are kept trim. His large feet are also similar in color and style with slight webbing between his toes. His tail is very short rounded nub but still able to emote with wiggles. Rico's nose is purple and has a septum piercing. His teeth are mix of long pointed  fangs and triangular molars with a long indigo colored tongue with 2 piercings in the center. He has a short braided goatee and a slightly scruffy chin with a shaved jawline. He has no external ears but small holes instead. He has sleepy bright blue eyes. His nipples are light blue.

Rico does not have pawpads, his palms and soles are furless.

Nose- septum piercing. Usually a gold or silver ring. Can be other colors or styles

Tongue- 2x vertical barbells on the length of his tongue

Nipples- ring or barbells on both nipples. Usually gold or silver. Can be other colors or styles

Penis- Prince Albert with a gold or silver ring. 4x horizontal barbell piercings on the underside in a ladder arrangement. Can be any color.

Hot weather- Tanktops, open button hawaiian shirts, athletic shorts, flipflops

Cold weather- Long pants, sneakers, hoodies

Casual- Colorful hawaiian shirts with silly and vaporwave prints, game and meme t-shirts, thin leather and gold necklaces, numerous bracelets made out of beads, braided threads, or leather, flipflops, skater sneakers

Colors- Lighter colors, bold and bright colors, no particular preference

Rico is a silly little guy who happens to be over six feet tall. He's super chill and friendly with everyone he meets and gladly gets pulled into any sort of conversation. Watch out if it's about music or some weird retro game, he's gonna talk your ear off. There's always some sort of dopey smile on his face. Rico's sense of personal space is rather small, and it's even smaller with friends as he casually drapes his arm on shoulders or leans against them when hanging out. With friends, Rico is extremely open and laid back. Always down to hang out, chill, and vibe. He's the kind of friend that you can talk to about anything, sometimes he'll give some stoned advice, other times he'll just be there as an ear to listen and give a tasty meal. He's also a goofy jokester, cracking dumb puns to get his friends to groan or coming up with silly ideas. It's hard to ever catch him being serious, that tend to be reserved for close friends or sensitive situations. He has auditory synesthesia but doesn't really bring it up unless he's working or talking about music.

Rico has no interest in romantic relationships. He's fairly friendly and has a large social network of friends in various interests and hobbies.

Elijah-  His best bud, homie, friend with benefits, and roommate. They hit it off as friends after Rico's first live DJ set and been annoying each other since. He digs Elijah's cool-guy persona but know he's just as a dork as he is about music and games. Rico loves to get Elijah going with bad jokes, even better if he can get him wheezing with laughter. He likes to play-flirt with Elijah but finds others assuming that they're boyfriends to be gross. They're just bro-homies!

Lupe- Rico's younger sis. He looks up to her and think she's so badass with her metal style and sick guitar skills. They have a close relationship but of course Rico enjoys playfully teasing her and she tends to respond back with a good roast. He is the biggest supporter of her drive to lead her own band. He loves to do play guitar duets with her and post them online. Lupe can totally beat Rico up.

Yuzu- A friend Rico met through the fraternity they were both in at university. Rico enjoyed Yuzu's creative graphic design and art while Yuzu loved Rico's music. He commissioned him to design him a logo and album cover for KO-1024BYTES and Yuzu's been making them ever since. They also share an interest in retro games nerding about games that are older than they are. There's also some casual friends with benefits going on as well.

Skateboarding- Rico only knows the basic tricks, but enjoys getting around town on his skateboard. He has both a regular skateboard and a longboard. He enjoys collecting artist boards for displaying on the walls.

Surfing- He absolutely loves surfing when the weather's good. He surfs only for fun, never entering any competitions. He just wants to go out and ride the waves.

Cooking- He has a great passion for cooking, especially puerto rician dishes. He cooks for others because he cares about them but mostly because he hates having to eat cheap fast food too often.

Memes- With his skills in music, he abuses them to make Space Jam and Reese's Puffs remixes. He also loves looking for and sharing dumb memes and jokes with his friends

Streaming- Rico is a casual streamer, mostly playing weird games he found, rhythm games, or live DJ sessions  

Weed- Rico loves weed in any form. If all his free space wasn't taken up by all his music and weed equipment, he'd probably grow his own. He's always down to chill and loves to smoke with friends.

Video Games- He mostly plays retro games, weird kusoges, odd indies, and rhythm games. He occasionally plays fighting games with his friend Elijah but mostly picks the joke characters. Oddly enough, he does really well!

Music- Rico's a prolific musician, composing numerous songs from weird little mixes to commissions for game soundtracks. If he's not gaming or chilling, he's most likely working on his next song.

Circuit Bending- Being well experienced in creating modular sets for his music, Rico likes to goof off with those same skills by messing with the circuits of old electronic toys to create new and weird noises

Rico's music is highly varied but has a core of techno and electronic sounds. He has been making music since he was 15 and likes to experiment a lot, never really sticking to one signature genre. Very rarely his songs have lyrics unless he's using obscure sound clips or vocaloids. Rico DJs with his own custom mixed tracks to bring in a high energy to the venue. He often does double sets with his friend Elijah, bouncing his highs and brights with Elijah's darker and bassier beats. Most of his music are standalone tracks rather than album long mixes that fit in with his highly productive output. He enjoys livestreaming his music and also the process of making his tracks.

Rico is the bassist, one of the composers, and mixer for [Lupe's band]

Style- High energy Metal with both clean and guttural lyrics

Rico started out as one of the composers and the mixer for the band to help out Lupe at the beginning. Not too long after, Lupe kicked out the bassist and Rico replaced him. It was a perfect fit and the siblings didn't know why they didn't go with that setup in the first place. Rico composes most of the music for the band, save for Lupe's solos and most of Zake-T's drums. He also plays extra instruments if needed. He doesn't like standing out much in the band because he's too goofy and colorful of a guy to fit the iconic metal genre but can definitely rock out and understand the genre to make kickass songs.
