Effimia is Neva's cousin, they grew up together like sisters, and despite their differences in alignment gets along very well, and they weirdly compliment one another. Effimia is a very soft and supportive woman who is always trying to find the good in this world and bring it to the forefront. She sees beauty and goodness in everyone and everything. Her cousin Neva thinks she is blindly naive. Effimia is one of the few people who thinks Nexus might not be as all bad as everyone thinks he is, not that she supports him either, but she severly questions the explanation of past events and his portrayal. Effimia doesn't always agree with Neva and they argue often but at the end of the day she loves and supports her cousin. Effimia is known to foil Neva's plots and mess with her more off the cuff creations. Effimia wishes Neva wouldn't get into or cause so much trouble but its in her nature and she knows she can't help it.
