Overview
For the criminal organization known as "Cipher", the corruption of Lugia was supposed to be a step in the direction of crafting the ultimate weapon. Through twisting the heart and infecting the host with a virus crafted from a modified Pokerus, the Lugia was be called XD001. This Pokemon would be the ultimate Shadow Pokémon that was completely immune to purification. Cipher thought they would be able to control him, but they were wrong. The organization was ripped apart by this creature, and the land of Orre became that of ruin. Shadow Pokemon lingered the land, and humans fled the region. XD001 remained on this island, serving as a king of it while spreading his corruption to build a pack. Of course, he would leave it to fulfill his duties as a legendary Pokemon. Other legends feared him and often worry about the chaos the male can potentially cause due to what he is. It is something that XD001 is working to move past after so many years later where he allows his hatred to control him. XD001 has taken the name of 'Xavier' and is one of the few legendary Pokemon to carry one outside of the legendary children and a few others.
What is right is always different for each person. For one person, killing can be considered a wrong. However, for others, that's the complete opposite. It's funny how life works, eh?

On the surface, Xavier can come off as being emotionless, soulless fighting machine that has no problem tearing down anyone that stands in his path. At least when it comes to those who don't know him. In actulity, Xavier is the definition of chaotic neutral character. Most of what he does comes from his ability to judge what is right and wrong becomes shrewd and the shadow virus (Corruption) tearing down his inhibitors. All of this results in Xavier being introduced as being a cold, sadistic man that manages to hide behind a mask that make him appear as being charismatic, stoic man with a dark sense of humor. This enigmatic of a God is hard to read as he is a very calculating individual that only trusts his pack (Tainted) and Damian. As such, most of his actions are either meant to protect those two in question because he feels it's his duty to protect his family. He's not as impulsive as he used to be as he has grew to register that has partially been the main thing that resulted in him being so overwhelmed with emotions to the point he enters Hypermode. He grew out of his obsession with Damian, but maintains a level of protectiveness over him.
It should be noted that Xavier is often regarded as being a touchy-feely character espesically if you're one of the people he loves. You can really tell how he truly feels based on the way he physically touch others. For example, when he's with his "daughter" (Sofia), he often curls his tail around her and often makes himself appear smaller around her. He often gently touches her cheek and give her gentle forehead kisses whenever he makes note of the fact she's distressed or in need of comfort.
Xavier isn't the type that tends to use really complex terminology. He is often the type that tends to be straightforward and blunt as a means to try to avoid any complications and anything that would result in him having to explain something further. He is the type who will often slide in the occcasional cheeky comment (or something snarky) under his breath. If you confront him on it, he will just say it out loud. He does seem to know a mixture of Spanish and English, though commonly speaks English.

Design notes
- In his Pokemon form, Xavier is 136’1 ft tall. This is not surprisingly as Impar legends are much larger than the height of legends in the games.
- Xavier does have a tail akin to the ones found on Lugia that is quite robust and sturdy.
- Xavier can make his horns appear and disappear on command. He can accomplish a similar thing with his tail.
- Underneath his clothing, purple markings can be found along his skin akin to the smoke gene on Flight Rising.
- The necklace around his neck was a gift from his sister.
- When drawing on Corruption, a thick purple mass covers his form and bends itself akin to that of Venom from Marvel.

- While Xavier's egg was made around the same time as his sister, it would be long time before he actually hatched.
- Xavier was primarily raised in Whirle Islands under the care of his sister.
- He shared the same role as the "God of Weather" as his sister, though he hasn't fully accepted the role due to his age.
Though the hooves of Arceus and the paws of Mew, legendary Gods were made. Some were made through their hands directly or through other means. Each of these Gods would carry their own role and name that was gifted to them. However, this name was not one that was akin to the ones we associate as a personal name. These Gods simply chose to keep what would commonly refer to as their species name. For what reason is unknown. Regardless, there was normally one of each legend. Of course, this fact would be challenged later down the line. However, the rule was in place to ensure there was no collision in power. Yet, through the seas of Whirl Island, two Gods of the same species were made: Lugia.
One was Lugia, and the other would be called Silver for the sake of avoiding confusion. Silver was the younger brother of Lugia that took quite some time to hatch. While younger than his sister, he did end up growing larger than her. He did lack her confidence in controlling the weather, making him a minor God in that regard. The two Gods cared deeply for each other. The two were practically inseparable, and Lugia did all she could to help raise her brother to the best of her ability. Even during the darkest times, they always make the most of their days together.
It is during that time that Silver met Damian (Arceus) guardian and fell in love with him. It was something that Damian returned his feelings and started to date him when he got older. However, the two eventually break up due to the complexity of Damian’s job and Silver needing to focus on trying to find his place in the world. However, Silver still hung onto that hope that one day that they will get back together. Until then, he watched the world grow and changed while sticking by the side of his sister. He watched as new Gods were made and old ones adapted. He took in everything in order to grow and hopefully find his place in a world. To his credit, he did, though it was from a unexpecting and unfortunate place.
Rebirth
- It should be noted that this entire section takes place some years before Protectors of Arceus arc to the end of ROTOM arc.
- Due to the what occurred with Xavier upon being freed, the events of Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness never occurred.
- It would be here that Xavier would receive his name and be one of the few legends to have a different name.
They called themselves Team Cipher. They were a villainous organization much like Team Rocket. Their goal? They strive to turn every Pokémon in the world into a shadow Pokémon and attempt to control them. What’s a Shadow Pokémon? They were Pokémon that are being used for wrongful acts because they had the doors to their hearts shut artificially. At least…that’s what they state. They failed to realize that this was a lot more complex than they thought. The creator of the process was Ein, though it was Cipher Admin Lovrina that refined the system after Ein’s attempts would come to a failure. However, they needed something that was strong enough to solidify the process and ensure it was impossible to purify Shadow Pokemon. It was then they decide to set their eyes on Lugia.
They lured the Pokémon by capturing one of her birds (Articuno). However, before they could capture her, Silver arrived to save his sister and Articuno. However, it was there that Cipher set their sights on him and captured him instead. This allowed Articuno and Lugia to escape (even if Lugia didn’t want to). Pulled into Cipher’s lab, Silver resisted their attempts to “shut the doors to his heart”. This did not surprise Lovrina. In fact, she grew excited and kept pushing his limits before eventually settling on infusing him with a modified Pokérus. It would make him stronger at the cost of forcibly closing his heart. When it was injected, Silver screamed in pain as his skin grew purple, his protrusions sharpen and his tears grew black. He would then pass out.
When he came to, he was greeted by a voice. Something that was attached to his mind much like a parasite. The Pokérus had tainted the fluids in his body and has accelerated its growth to the point it became alive. It called itself Corruption. It told him that there were Pokémon like him that dealt with what he did. These people were gonna keep making Pokémon suffer if he sat there. It told him to lose himself to his rage. Silver ponder this for a moment before listening to the Corruption. He allowed the rage to swallow him and tore apart every member of Cipher. He made sure they felt every pain he felt without a remorse. However, it didn’t stop there. He ripped apart many lives through Orre, unable to stop the rage that twisted through his heart. He spared those like him and only stopped when only those Tainted remained. He did not feel remorse for what he did. With Corruption, his morals were lost. What was right and wrong was blurred. He was not evil. Chaotic, yes. However, evil was not who he was. With Corruption as his friend, Silver would change his name to Xavier and go to his sister in hopes of the fact that she will welcome him back.
But she never did.
Starting Over
- This is currently a ongoing section of his life that is constantly expanding with new thing introduced in his life.
- This section is focused on the changes that Xavier made in his life and his determination to move past his old life.
- This is the first time that I written Xavier in a way that was way different than how I used to write him.
Lugia was frighten by what Cipher did to her brother and tried to plead with him to be purified. This merely start a argument between them that became a nasty fight. This broke their strong relationship and lead to Xavier retreating to Damian after so long. However, he would learn that Damian has fallen for another. Hatred and resentment grew within Xavier for Damian’s partner and everything. To hide his pain and plea to try to avoid losing the one thing that he felt cared about him, he caused chaos and crafted more Tainted by infecting them. He did all he could to try not to lose Damian. To Damian’s credit, he never let go of him and always tried to stop him from taking it too far. It was only when he realized just how bad Xavier was getting that Damian had to put his foot down and finally confront Xavier.
Xavier didn’t react positively to the confrontation. In fact, he lashed out, screamed and threw a nasty tantrum before eventually just breaking down after overexerting himself. He admitted his loneliness and desire to find someone who wasn’t willing to toss a way. He admires that he frankly just wanted a family. Weeks of reflection and consoling from Damian would lead to Xavier deciding to take Taure (originally Orre) and pushed away his obsession for Damian. He decided to focus on becoming a proper God. He wanted to show the world that Tainted (Shadow) beings were not soulless fighting machines. Their morals were fucked, but they still had hearts. He wanted Tainted to have place that they can feel welcomed in. He wanted to be a leader. He wanted to be something others looked up to. So..he spent those years building my Taure and taking in those Tainted. He crafted his own Birds (the Galar Birds) and became the God of Corruption.
It has been many years since that event. He is now the King of Taure and is still helping his kingdom grow. He is working on rebuilding his relationship with his sister and the Gods. He is working on helping his people the best he can. He is working towards his happy ending with help from Corruption. Hell, he is learning how to properly love someone new….though a ex-God Slayer is a interesting choice of a partner.

Skills & abilities
Corruption Manipulation
With this, Xavier can manipulate the powers of corruption to induce a variety of effects. He rarely goes as far as infecting others or manipulating the properties of corruption (Refer to as Kokketsu) in an individual due to how dangerous it can be. If he's not careful, he can inflict them with madness or mutate them. Regardless, Xavier can use corruption in means of combat purposes, energy attacks, or corruption techniques. Corruption Manipulation is a very experimental power. What Xavier can do is based on his imagination and how far he is willing to embrace the corruption itself. The more he embraces it, the stronger he becomes. However, the stronger he becomes, the nastier he becomes.
Supernatural Condition [Powers as Legend]
Impar's Legends are shown to be much strongerr than their game counterparts. It's to the point that they are often refer to as Gods. Xavier's physical and mental abilities are glaringly superior over the regular Pokemon as his capabilities are far beyond natural levels. As a result, the male is immensely stronger, faster, durable, and smarter than regular beings. His durability is what sets him off as it's very high due to his species (as well as the shadow virus increasing it significantly). While he does have decent attack and special attack, his other stats make him stand out quite a bit as statically they are much higher than that of Mew's. However, his defenses are what stand as (when paired with his ability) make the male a tank. With his shadow typing, he also carries neutral effectiveness to all types with any shadow based attacks he used being strong against all types. Oddly enough, he also appears to have access to the normal movepool a normal Lugia would have.
Weather Manipulation
Having once been the God of Weathers alongside his sister, it's no surprise that Xavier retains the ability to sense, create, shape and manipulate weather (aka the meteorological patterns). This results in him being able to create rain, wind, hail, lightning, snow, sleet, fog, and temperature changes. This includes the ability to generate various natural phenomena or control the intensity of the weather in highly concentrated (inside room) or vastly extended (continental) areas. Now there's a slight problem. Xavier is not exactly the best at to the point his emotion can often shift the weather if he's not careful.
Xavier can't tell you what made him love Sofia. Perhaps it's the fact she's a tainted or the simple fact she was quick to accept him despite his appearance. Whatever the case may be, Xavier loves his favorite bat and will not hestitate coddling her anytime he sees her. He even has a room in his place for the female to stay in when she visits Taure.
Now Xavier was perfectly fine with not being in a relationship. He was happy to just be a guy who complains that love sucks as he continues to be salty about Hikage being with Damian. That completely changed when Khalil came into his life, and he became smitten by him. Khalil is one of the few men in his life that he allows himself to be docile towards.
Ever since Damian managed to help Xavier get back to the path of being slightly less chaotic, the relationship between the two has went back to being akin to the friendship that they had years ago. Whil he may no longer has feelings for Damian, Xavier still cares about Damian and often visits him whenever he can. The two often bond over kids nowadays.
Mallory is one of the things that helped Xavier be able to properly move on with his life. As such, Xavier does whatever he can to ensure the young Mewtwo's happiness. In honesty, it's most likely due to sharing similar traumas as him to a slightly lesser degree, given that Mallory was born in a lab. He spoils the shit out his son.
You wouldn't think that the two got along with the way they often argue with each other like a old married couple. Perhaps more so than Khalil and Xavier. However, the two trust each other greatly to the pont that Xavier is perfectly fine with letting Ori take control of his body if needed. While it's rare, it does happen.
The relationship between Lu and Xavier isn't the best. In fact, it's quite rocky. I guess that can't be help when Xavier feels that his sister wasn't accepting of the fact he became a tainted as a result of the fact he saved her and Lu has mixed feelings knowing how much her brother changed personality wise into something...a tad bit....feral.
