(Note: In Megan's version of book 3, Lif is in fact Lif. Do not ask me to change this.)
Megan is an OC of the Fire Emblem game titled "Fire Emblem Heroes", being essentially a customized version of the Summoner and as such this small excerpt from the page on the fire Emblem Wiki for the Summoner can fit her.

Megan is mysteriously summoned by Anna. Though surprised by her appearance, Anna asks for her help to protect the Breidablik. Suddenly, they are ambushed by Embla soldiers and Breidablik reacts to Megan, summoning a hero named Takumi for help. Impressed that someone has finally been able to use the relic, Anna entrusts her to use its power to protect the kingdom of Askr from the invading Emblian Empire.

Megan is generally quiet unless she has something to say, she often apologizes for even the smallest of things and can be quite jittery at times.

When she first showed up, she was near mute, only speaking in short sentences and hums, she’s since explained this was due to her social anxiety making her extremely nervous around the people she suddenly found herself around. This also led to her giving a false name of "Alamalina" when she was asked her name out of nerves, though she has since corrected everyone and told them the reason why, thus leading to Alamalina becoming a sort of alias for her.

Another byproduct of this is her reluctance to remove her cloak’s hood for a long while and pulling it down over her face when someone tried to see her face, resulting in Alfonse, Anna and Sharena not knowing what she looked like for a while before they came into the barracks where she was conversing with the heroes she summoned with her hood down, but they only saw the back of her head then.

The three truly saw her face when Alfonse asked her to remain with them in book 1 Chapter 9 part 5, where she had been quiet for several seconds before she reached up and pulled down her hood from shielding her face, giving a strained smile as she replied with “Of course, you’re all my friends and I’m loyal to my friends to the end, and it’s not like we’re in any position to try looking for my homeworld anyway.”

Despite Alfonse’s warnings, she’s close with the heroes she’s summoned and is comfortable around them, seeing them as close friends and companions, she’s especially close with the Twin Dream royal Princess Corrin(Cori as Megan calls her), Dream Prince Corrin(Cor) and Takumi and the three are often seen together. (Little does anyone know the three are in a polyamorous relationship.)

Life long before being summoned to Zenith

"...When's daddy coming home mommy?"

Megan, at least for the first seven years of her life, was a normal kid, she was a cheerful, naive and innocent young soul. She always saw the good in people, and was unaware of what was waiting out in the world like her older brother.

However, she would get shown that part of the world, much earlier than most girls. Arguments, late at night is what it started as, between her father and mother, two holes in the wall she later learned her father caused.

As a child, she didn’t and couldn’t understand what was going on when she wasn’t awake, she couldn’t have known that her father was cheating on her mother with a woman he worked with.

It all came to a head twice, once was when her father knocked her mother to the ground in the kitchen in front of her and her brother.

The second was when he finally left when she was eight, packed his things up and left to live with the woman he cheated with. Megan, she didn’t understand, why wasn’t daddy coming home again?

It didn’t help that her friends at the hall for the religion she (at the time, doesn’t anymore) attended abandoned her, seeing her as part of the problem her father caused, so they didn’t have anything do to with her after that.

Her mind went into a limbo state, unable to process what happened once her mother ended up telling her why her father left, and while she wasn’t truly awake, her brother turned to anger, vengeance.

She finally woke up when she was ten, the events hit her with no remorse or pause. And so, she matured, she had to if she wanted to understand what happened, to be able to function like a proper human being and try to help her mother out, who was dealing with her brother who had taken to taking his anger out on her and had become a selfish abusive prick.

Shortly before being summoned to Zenith

"Screw off Ryan! You're just like your goddamn FATHER!"

Along with dealing with her brother trying to turn her against her mother, she also went over to her father's home every other week for a few hours, to say she hardly looked forward to these visits was an understatement, but she endured it, keeping her mouth shut as she had learned that her opinions and feelings hardly mattered as the years went by.

It was only when she was sixteen did this cycle change, her father kicked out his girlfriend for one he had years ago that he got pregnant after the birth of her brother, and tried to make Megan and her brother accept her as their new mom.

Spoiler alert-neither of them do, the only thing they could agree on. In fact, this and this new woman trying to play mommy only set Megan off severely, so it wasn't long before she stopped coming over, period.

During this time, her father finally filed for divorce, as well as joint custody of Megan which ended up stressing her out extremely, as she did NOT want to have to live around that vile man or at all.

The divorce was finally done with long after she turned seventeen, upon which the judge, who her father disrespected during it much to the shock of her mother’s lawyer, told him that his relationship with his daughter was his own damn business.

At this point in her mind, before she was pulled to Zenith she was a normal girl with a hard life, sure, she had to deal with her father leaving at a young age, her brother filling with anger that she and her mother wanted to move on so he chose to start abusing them, her friends leaving her because of her father’s actions, but that was just in her mind general divorce crap most kids had to go through if their parents separated.

She had no idea if any of it was normal, she had only her experiences to go on.

She wasn’t anything special because of her past she believed, some kids had it far worse and she wasn’t going to become her brother in believing the world owed her something.

She was a very solitary girl, she didn’t have any friends aside from one online one, and she hardly got out at all and had very little interaction with those outside of her family, resulting in a rather socially naive, very creative, and reclusive girl who desperately just wanted some friends and people she could be herself around and trust without fear of them leaving her.

She briefly had a long distance relationship with her online friend, but it soon turned into nothing but stress for her as not only did her partner want to talk all the time despite Megan repeatedly telling her that she had to help her mother and couldn't be online all the time and her partner getting hissy when she wasn't on talking to her, but her partner was trying to twist and disfigure Megan's characters into things they were not, trying to take them from her even when Megan told her that the characters she made were pieces of her very soul.

Having had enough, she broke off the relationship, though they tentatively remained friends. But Megan didn't ever trust her with her characters again, nor did she believe she'd ever find someone to trust her heart to after this.

She hadn’t even been doing much when she was pulled to Zenith, only getting up to check if the outside cats she cared for were there so she could feed them.

Life in Zenith/Askr

"Thank you, everyone, for sticking by me even when I'm a mess."

It was very startling to be pulled to Zenith, but she was forced to hit the ground running and didn’t have much time to properly register what happened for a long while until the end of book one, half a year since she got there.

She had surprisingly adapted to her new environment well despite not truly realizing what happened, even with her telling Alfonse she’d stay in Zenith, and that’s why everything hit her hard when her emotions couldn’t be ignored any longer.

She even grew close to Takumi, the first hero she summoned, and she greatly enjoyed his company, even considering getting some bow and arrow lessons from him.

When Askr was finally not being attacked every day and there weren’t missions to do every other second though the war was still going on, everything caught up with the young summoner.

Having not been the best at handling her emotions well when they overwhelmed her, she ends up running off, trying to sort out herself without anyone worrying. However, her sudden running off was seen by Takumi and Alfonse who tells the others who go out to find her with them.

After quite a bit of crying her heart out and a lot of thinking, she resolves that crying about it is stupid, that she cannot expect it to change anything and she must accept her current situation, no matter how wrenching, if she wishes to move on from the tangle of emotions that suddenly overwhelmed her not long ago.

With that, she stifled her emotions so she can get back to the castle, only she’s ambushed by Veronica, who had been planning on sneak attacking Askr with more heroes she enslaved, but ran into Megan while sneaking.

Not wanting to let this opportunity slip by, she ordered the heroes she had with her to capture Megan, making the young girl panic and flee into the woods.

She in her panic started screaming for help, and it made something twang in Takumi’s and the other heroes’ minds, and Takumi soon ran in the direction he sensed she was, saying that something was pulling him in that direction and was certain that she was that way.

Despite hardly knowing where she was going, Megan somehow found herself at the edge of a cliff. Takumi and the others by that point reach the cliff, but they are on a completely separate part of the cliff-face, still separated from the summoner.

The heroes run as fast as they can along the edge of the cliff, trying to get to Megan as they see Veronic and her own heroes cornering the young summoner on the cliff who kept backing up.

However, much to everyone’s horror as well as Takumi’s fear, Megan takes one step too far and teeters off the cliff with a scream of fear.

Thinking quickly despite the rising panic and approaching ground, she pulls Breidablik from her waist, raises it in the direction she was falling from and fired, praying to all the gods that the hero she summoned was a pegasus or wyvern rider.

A blue portal opened up and out came a young woman, white and blue outfit shimmering, garnet colored eyes sparkling and long blond hair flowing. Blinking as she took in the situation as well as the summoner’s screams, the blue gem hanging from a chain around her neck glowed and she was replaced by a dragon who quickly swooped down and caught the summoner in her claws, quickly flying back up past the cliff before flying toward Takumi and the others, knowing they were allies.

Takumi then quickly shouted for the dragon to stay in the air as they reached the cliff-face where Veronic and her heroes were, stating that they needed to take care of these enemies before it was safe for Megan to be let back down onto the ground.

The newly summoned hero understood and remained in the air, Megan securely clutched in her claws as Takumi and the others fought Veronic until she retreated with her heroes in tow.

With that done, the dragon carefully landed on her back legs and let Megan go before standing. The new hero reverted to her original form as Takumi ran over and embraced Megan mere seconds before Chrom could, though he was still quick to hug her after Takumi let go, same with several other heroes like Sakura.

Takumi and Alfonse were quick to ask why she suddenly ran off and she attempted to wave off her concerns as needing some air, but a tear, brought on from both the fear and panic of what just happened as well as the emotions she attempted to suppress breaking loose, slipped down her cheek without warning.

The new hero is quick to point out this, and it causes the summoner to smile ruefully and look to the night sky as she decides to give up hiding it, remarking that, she tried to hide it, she didn’t want to be a burden on anyone, especially because she couldn’t control or rein in her emotions well, but it seemed that no matter how hard she tried she couldn’t fully do so.

She then explains as best she can that it only just hit her that, she was torn from her world without so much as a goodbye to her family, and she was honestly extremely concerned for the wellbeing of her mother and her pets all the while not being able to stem the tears that now flowed down her cheeks freely.

It wasn’t like she didn’t enjoy being here she was quick to say, far from it and honestly, she’d love to stay here the rest of her life! She just… Wishes she could bring her mother here, so not only so could this feeling of being homesickness leave as her mother was the only thing tying her to her homeworld, but also get her mother the help she desperately needs as her mother was very unwell and had so many issues and it tore her up inside that she as her daughter could do absolutely nothing to relieve her from the pain she suffered daily and she didn’t know if her mother would die because of her ailments-

Before she knew it, she was on her knees and was crying into Takumi’s chest with both his arms and the new hero’s around her, the rest of the heroes following suit and doing what they could to comfort her.

She sputters out apologies for this, that she knew her problems didn’t have any weight because there was a war going on, but Alfonse was quick to cut her apologies short, saying that they wouldn’t have expected her to keep this all bottled up no matter what was going on and shouldn’t have kept it for so long she broke down crying.

Takumi continued by saying that she was helping them with the war, so it was only right for them to try to help her with any problem she may have even if they couldn’t do much, and he also says “You don’t need to stand on your own against such a great storm of emotions and problems, you can lean on us, we won’t judge you. Everyone needs help, and we’re more than willing to help, so stop being so dang stubborn and start asking for help.”

The new hero also adds in, “If it’s because of pride that made you keep this to yourself, you need to stop thinking you can handle everything on your own and that you’d be burdening anyone by asking for help. That is far from the truth and I haven’t even been here long but I can see that.”

The other heroes all agree in their own way and she nearly starts sobbing as she thanks them, making it clear to see she’s never had anyone in her life who was willing to stick by her and try to help her through her pain.

It especially helped that they weren’t going to try to fix her, that would be impossible, but just wanted to be there for her and help the as best they could, that’s all they could do and that’s all she wanted.

After she calmed down, she chuckles weakly and asks the new hero is it’s too late to ask for an introduction from the one who saved her life not long ago. the young lady smiles and says its not too late, she then proceeds to introduce herself as the Dream Princess Corrin, though if her brother of the same name showed up feel free to call her Corri.

Soon after, they all went back to the castle all very tired from the night’s events. Everyone goes to bed but Megan, far from being very cognitive, follows Takumi who still had a grip on her hand to his room and passes out with him on his bed, the two exhausted.

In the coming weeks, though it was difficult, Megan began to come even more out of her shell, doing her best to let everyone know if she was having a bad day or needed help or if she just needed some comfort. Though she still has issues with feeling like she’s a burden, her learning how to defend herself a clear sign of it, she’s been working on it with the help of everyone around her.

All in all, she’s closer than ever to the heroes she’s summoned, even ones she’s summoned after the fact, and wouldn’t change any of it for the world.

During Book one/EMBLA'S attacks

"....Thank you, I.... I  really like it here and I want to help as much as I can."

Largely the events in Book 1 do not change much with her involved for the most part.

Though she doesn't start talking much, outside of talking with Takumi and the other heroes, until the halfway point in the book, Aflonse does note spatters of paint on her cloak at one point and asks if she paints, resulting in a silent nod to which he smiles at and asked if when they have a free moment he can see what she's painting, to which she, though surprised, nods once more and says a quiet 'sure'. This surprises the hell out of Alfonse who sputters out a surprised question of "You can talk?!"

She giggles and replies with a yes, she could speak, she was just too nervous to do so before. After that, she began to actively try to talk around everyone, trying to become less of a mute as she was starting to go crazy not talking.

When she heard of Zacharias from Anna, Sharena, and Alfonse, she was greatly curious about him as well as the bond the trio had with him, she had been a little envious at first due to her past, but she squashed those feelings, they weren't needed or wanted to they could just go away.

She had been honestly ready to start physically fighting back when Veronica closed the gateway after her friends went through with the princess threatening to kill her, she may have been terrified but Veronica was just a girl like herself and by god, if she went down she'd go down swinging at least.

She was surprised when Zackarias came to her aid, though she didn't question how or why and just followed his instructions, keen on not dying that day.

That was one of the first days she realized how close she was with Takumi, as he had run over and hugged her tightly as soon as she showed up, telling her to never ever do that to him again as he wasn't sure he could take it, and she reassured him she wouldn't while hugging him back.

But this hug was different, it wasn't one out of obligation or a familiar one, but one with someone she trusted and cared for as more than a friend. After that event, she and Takumi began to grow closer, her learning to how to wield a bow from him.

She was greatly shocked to learn the truth of Zackarias and saddened that he could lose control of himself at any moment, promising to try to help find a way to break the curse as well as a promise to end him if needed at his request.

During book two/MÚSPELL'S INVASION and the journey to Nifl

"Today, You will DIE Surtr, your reign of terror ends here!"

Though not much is changed, there is two major events she changes in book 2.

Megan was honestly frightened to her core upon seeing Surtr's power as well as downright angry that he was destroying so much with his flames, resolving to find a way to stop him. She, with her weak magic, had been one of the healers who helped heal Fjorm when they found her.

In the middle of the battle while Fjorm was opening the gate to Nifl, when Megan saw Dream Princess Corrim and Takumi get knocked to the ground by Surtr, she panicked and ran to their aid, summoning three heroes in her haste.

Fateful Prince Corrin, Lady Of The Lake Azura and, Fallen Hero Takumi.

Though she was startled by his appearance as well as slightly frightened of him, he helped her to her feet when they had to book it to the gate and despite her initial thoughts on him knew that he wasn't going to hurt her. She asked him if he had a different name she could call him due to not wanting to mix him up with her own Takumi who was very wary of him, and he had replied that when around her Takumi she could call him by his bow's name-Skadi.

She wanted to help him with his issues after he briefly mentioned some of his past, Azura helping as best she can as well.

Sure, they may not be able to completely get rid of the parts of Anankos possessing them as that's what was keeping him alive after he fell from that wall, but they'd be damned if they weren't going to help him as much as they can.

Much unlike everyone else, Megan was aware of the price of the Rite OF Frost, having read up on prices of rites, and had, in the middle of it, stepped toward Fjorm and placed her hand on the young lady, murmuring for the ice dragon to not take Fjorm's life, for her sister already died so she could get there, so the price was already paid.

If it had to take something... Though it made her mildly sick, she offered up the chance for herself to ever go home permanently, she'd be able to visit but she'd be unable to stay there permanently. Instead, she'd be forced to remain in other worlds like Zenith.

Her world was already going to turn into a warzone from what she recalled of the world situation before being pulled here, it was much better to pull her mother and pets here, than let them live in such a world especially when her mother needed help that the mages here could provide at far less of a cost than the doctors back there.

She got the distinct sense the dragon accepted her terms, though whether or not that meant the chance she could go home permanently was taken from her she didn't know. As long as she saved someone from dying she was happy.

Having been long practicing a silence spell to stop mage enemies from using vocal spells, Megan used a silencing spell when Laegjarn was about to offer herself to the Rite of Flames, unknowingly saving the young princess of Múspell's life.

After King Surtr's death, she bid the two Múspell princesses good luck and fortune in leading Múspell out of the dark age Surtr brought, and hoped that they could be friends with Askr if they so wished.

During Book three/Hel's invasion

"...Gods. I-Askr needs a back up if I fall and rise as a soldier of Hel."

Things rapidly escalated with Megan in regards to Gustav, she was outright hostile to him the moment she met him, as she saw her father in him but worse, and was highly protective of Alfonse. He didn't think too much of her either, given that she's the summoner and younger than him so he saw her as a child, but he was shocked when she outright snapped. "By gods, I thought MY father was horrible, you're a downright monster. I can't believe my dear friends have such a horrible father."

Safe to say, Alfonse usually had to make sure she wasn't going to claw his father's face off whenever she had to deal with him.

As for the beginning of Hel's invasions, she was very much stretched thin trying to keep the entire kingdom of Askr safe, sending squads of heroes everywhere and summoning nonstop for days at a time. Though Takumi, Cor and Cori tried to get her to take breaks, she was only one person, she retorted that she was the only one who could summon heroes so she couldn't afford to pause.

Eventually, she did realize she could not keep this pace up forever, it was going to kill her. So, she began researching if it was possible for her to summon another person like her, one who could wield Breidablik like her, and, with a special orb she managed to modify, she summoned a young man named Sebastian Vark.

Though he was confused, she did her best to explain what was going on and what his role was, all the while keeping him hidden from the Askr Royalty, even Alfonse which pained her, but she knew he'd protest if he found out what she was putting in place in case she fell in battle.

She instructed and taught him all she knew before she marched with the Askr trio and all her heroes, making sure to teach Sebastian how to use Breidablik, how to be a tactician, and had him summon a few heroes, Selkie and Keaton, another thing she made sure to teach him was how to summon Breidablik to his side, a neat trick she had recently mastered that she knew he'd need should news of her possible demise reached Askr.

Cause for all her careful planning and backups in place, she wasn't sure she'd survive this war against the undead.

【 Personality 】

She’s generally mild-mannered and is kind to a fault, though sometimes she has problems understanding and learning things due to falling extremely behind on her education due to her past, such as handwriting which she admitted she wasn’t the best at doing, her original handwriting making some cringe at how bad it was. Thankfully she’s doing her best to change that with the aid of Alfonse who couldn't stand seeing how bad it was and decided he'd teach her himself.

In stark contrast, when she’s actively interested in something, she can learn it fairly quickly, such as some of the history of Zenith and some sword and dagger combat which she said was so she didn’t burden anyone if an enemy snuck up on her, something she dreads happening.

Unfortunately, due to her fear of being a burden on everyone, both emotionally and physically, she’s taken some risks that have gotten her in trouble.

She often keeps any negative emotions and feelings as well as her opinions to herself, which often results in her eventually breaking down in tears. She's got severe abandonment issues and is extremely scared of frightening off her friends, and that's why she often keeps her problems to herself.

She thinks before she speaks, as she doesn't want to hurt anyone's feelings, and tends to have issues with those who don't and try to justify being assholes by saying they're being honest.

She tends to let her mind run wild when she's panicking or stressed, which only winds her up and makes her even more stressed out. She tends to write her stress away with stories and more recently painting things.

When there isn't a battle going on and she's not talking with anyone, she's easily lost in her thoughts and listening to music on her phone with her headphones, one of the few things she had on her person when being pulled into Zenith that thankfully, with Dream Princess Corrin or any other mage's help, she can charge it and isn't at risk of losing her music.

Though she doesn't outright say it, she's a dreamer and often thinks how life ill be once this war is over and there's finally peace in Zenith.

She's got a strange way of thinking and her thought structure is different from most people. She's also very serious when the situation calls for it, startling most who haven't seen her become serious as she doesn't look like she'd be able to.

Trivia

  • She’s a little strange in that sometimes with Takumi or Corri that she’ll ask them to hold up a hand and then place her own against theirs, surprised and a little bashful at the sensation of their hand against her own. She’s explained that she’s not had much human contact with people before coming here, so the little things like simple contact like with hands is enough to surprise her though she doesn’t complain in the slightest and honestly enjoys it as long as she isn’t bugging either of them.
  • Certain parts of songs she's listened to have always stuck in her mind for years, such as "Mou ikkai/one more time" from the vocaloid song Rolling Girl.
  • She often keeps her phone in her room, as to not give anyone culture shock due to her phone being advanced for the time period.
  • On the rare occasions she's taken a nap in the castle, she often is wrapped up in her cloak which is made of mink fabric.
  • Much like in isekai tropes or SAO, she's able to pull up a screen with the game's UI and flick through the screens with flicks of her fingers and track enemy movements during battles. However, she doesn't often use this as she generally can 'see' in her mind's eye where enemy units are, most likely the UI being in her mind instead of in her actual sight.

Takumi
Has strong feelings for

Being the first Hero she summoned, she’s got a close bond with him, even if he was a little prickly at first. The two are extremely close after months of getting to know each other, sharing their pasts with each other, and the two trust each other with their lives.

After some time, Megan realized she had feelings for Takumi but is rather unsure of how to exactly go about dealing with them, especially after the disaster that was her first relationship.

Takumi returns the feelings and has no problem showing how he feels towards her, though he's patient in waiting for her to figure herself and her feelings out.

(Dream Princess) Corrin
Has strong feelings for

She and Corri are very much close, Corri is very good at reading Megan’s body language and being able to tell if she’s got something on her mind, upon which the princess will drag Takumi over and the two will do their best to cheer her up, the two being close enough to make her smile and forget what was bugging her.

Megan has a crush on Corri as well, further confusing the poor girl as while she was no stranger to polyamory it was something she didn't have any experience with.

Alfonse
Good friends/Sibling figure

Though Alfonse initial tried to keep his distance from her and keep their relationship strictly formal, Megan was having none of it, outright stating "If we are going to be working together, we may as well get to know each other, no?"

He really didn't know what to say to refute that. There are a lot of remarks on her part he doesn't know how to respond to, but he tries his best. It wasn't long before the two grew close, Alfonse even starting to act like a brother towards her, which initially surprised her but she welcomed it as she didn't have a good brother figure in her life before.

(Fallen Heroes) Takumi
Close friends

Though she was initially frightened by his aura when she summoned him, she's since fought back her fear to help him as much as she can when she's able, as it's clear he's suffering due to the cause of his purple aura.

He himself seems to greatly like her, though he's never said why and is fiercely protective of her.

Enjela
Friend

She's good friends with the royal mage, and often reads books Enjela recommends. She also at times teases Enjela about her crush on Exalted Knight Chrom but she means well.

Enjela taught her some basic spells like shield spells and healing spells as well as some elemental spells aside from fire and wind as Enjela hasn't been able to use those yet.
