Personality: Happy to be out in the wasteland and determined to make it a better place. Doesn’t understand the harshness of wasteland life and as a result, has gotten into some serious situations that have caused the deaths of some friends. Gets crushes really easily but is a bad flirt. Doesn’t like people who act in an unkind or cruel way and refuses to do things that harm innocent people. Hates the Overseer in Vault 13. Is a very good repairman. Loves rats but believes all rats are dogs cause they're giant. By Fallout 4 he has become wiser and although he hasn't let age affect his good upbeat attitude, he has learned to be more cautious and aware of other peoples well being. Believes in second chances. He doesn't understand the almost cult like worshipness that surrounds him and prefers to keep himself as a local legend/myth rather than proving their opinions of him as true or false.

Story: Adam was chosen to be the Vault Dweller that goes into the wasteland to save Vault 13 after their water chip broke. On his journey he meets his friends Ian, Dogmeat, Tycho, and Katja and the 5 of them manage to get a water chip from Vault 12, while fixing the water pumps for the ghouls. Once they return to Vault 13, the Overseer assigns Adam to find out where the rising super mutant population is coming from. As Adam and his companions are searching for the source of all the super mutants, Ian and Dogmeat die in different super mutant attacks and Adam is left alone to fight the Master by himself. Victorious, Adam returns home, only to be told he is not allowed to come back and must leave Vault 13 forever. Alone, goes back to live in Shady Sands, haging out with his newfound friend Tandi, when he runs into a barely surviving group of Vault 13 dwellers who had left to find and join him. With his help, they  find the town of Arryo and Adam falls in love with Pat. Years later, after Pats death, Adams daughter takes over the role of town elder and Adam leaves to wander the wasteland once more. He decides to rest in a small town in whats left of western Tennessee. He ends up owning a small trade stop where he lives alone with a large, mutated, rat he named Maine, until a stranger shows up stealing fromhis garbage, a stranger he doesn't know is a dishonored and exiled Vulpes Inculta. Adam decides to let Vulpes stay with him, getting the hint on where this mysterious man came from, and Vulpes stays to work for him some years. Adam decides to leave the shop and visit his grandson and possible great-grandkids in New Arroyo. He leaves Vulpes in charge of the shop and takes Maine with him to New Arroyo. He visits his grandson, Monroe, and returns to his store in a later date to find that Vulpes had abandoned it (don't worry, some of the kinder towns folk took over after he left, so Adam wasn't robbed).
