Hao

The soft spoken medic of the group. He’s always tired but is always willing to work through the tiredness in order to help.

Oddly enough, not much is known about the past of this Moth-like being. At least, nothing that he’s told the whole crew. He’s mentioned that he left due to over population and some sort of monster in his towns territory.

He told Sar everything but even the Captain kept quiet about it. But if the Captain can trust someone, that usually means they are pretty trustworthy, at least to the crew.

With the medic, came a long long list of things to get. Many Apex camps and bases had to be raided. As they are the sort that have the most similar equipment to what was wanted. Hao never actually helped with the raiding, and was kept behind.

It’s only as time went on that the rest of the crew learned of the mad scientist part of their humble medic.

It was also over this time, that Hao started to develop a crush on Sar. It started when he had to deal with the Captain’s injuries while he was an Arachne. The idea of the transformation fascinated Hao. And fascination turned to care and care turned to a crush. And a crush turned into an even bigger crush.

Being the medic also means he’s one of the few who knows the Captain’s weaknesses and secrets. Hao finds this an interesting burden.

But as of now, he’s quiet. He’s in the ship making sure no one dies or passes out. He has trouble treating Muud, cause Muud hates the supplies Hao has, but they’ve found work arounds. Hao does ask Muud advice sometimes, particularly during check-ups. it’s a good distraction.
