Physical Appearance

Clothing Style

Karzuta's outfit for missions in the field consists of a primarily white, light blue, and dark blue armored bodysuit with shin-high boots. The protective suit is mostly white with light blue sections with various embedded circuits to power the various features of her armor. The sleeves are long and end as fingerless gloves, and her high collar is white and layered. Her armor is lightweight but capable of creating energy shields for wider protection from various projectiles/rifting. The armor is worn on her upper arms, chest, parts of her abdomen, and thighs. Her belt and thigh armor has some holsters/pockets for items or weapons. She also wears a wrist communicator along with a headset for communicating with her team members or other members of Zivian.

When off duty, Karzuta tends to have a sleek and somewhat edgy style. She tends to wear similar form fitting clothes, she dislikes any legwear other than pants, and she often wears high leather boots and a leather jacket when out and about. She prefers darker colors when off duty, and she usually keeps her communicator and some kind of belt/holster for a weapon. She tends to come off as a sort of high tech biker with her clothing choices.

Personality

Mature, serious, and responsible. A strong and severe leader, Karzuta takes her job as fleet commander very seriously and demands the respect she deserves. She is certainly not a leader you want to be caught slacking by, but she is a reliable and intelligent leader that directs her subordinates clearly and efficiently. She tends to be rather intimidating to be around with her fiery confidence and very assertive nature, and she's not the easiest person to approach at times. However, if you're a subordinate and you're doing your job well, there isn't much to worry about around her since she is still fair despite being rather strict with the expectations she does set out. Karzuta is a strong and eloquent leader that takes charge of any situation she's in, and she's not one to back down from her stance if she's convicted that she's right and you're in the wrong.

Karzuta doesn't change much from being on and off duty, although she is somewhat less severe when communicating on a more personal level with others. She doesn't open up too much to other people since she doesn't want sentimentality to interfere with her work. She cares very deeply for only a few people, primarily her younger sister and her fiancé, and even they know her as a very serious and somewhat cynical woman on a personal level. Her sister takes after in the sense that she is also a skilled and efficient member of Zivian with boundless confidence and wit, but Nazuni can be more warm-hearted than her older sister.

Karzuta's fiancé, Kristoph, is far more mellow and cheery than she is, and although he tends to tease her to try and loosen up, she doesn't seem bothered by his lax nature in the slightest. Karzuta is not a terribly expressive person with her words, since she's rather blunt and harsh at times, so her affections are usually conveyed through actions and gestures when interacting with Kristoph. The two have been struggling to make more time for each other following their promotions and their engagement, and while Kristoph has a more light-hearted and exasperated approach to the situation, Karzuta has gotten more tense and sometimes takes it out on her subordinates by demanding they be even more on schedule and efficient to not waste any more time that she doesn't seem to have enough of.

Backstory

Karzuta had always been a skilled and excelling student at Zivian's space academy, and ever since joining Zivian's military she's been a reliable and high performing member, eventually working her way up to commander of Fleet A. During her time working her way up the ranks, she befriended a fellow solider named Kristoph, and the two became very compatible partners in both work and romantically. However, their relationship had to remain very low key as to not interfere with their work, and it's been more difficult to make time for each other since Kristoph has also been promoted to commander of Fleet B.

Recently the fleets were assigned a mission to stop a group of terrorists from launching bombs onto the planet of Shavian. Although the mission was a success, complications led to Kristoph getting stuck on the enemy flagship before it crash-landed on the planet. A search of the crash site resulted in no sign of him, but despite Karzuta's insistence they search more thoroughly in case he survived and escaped the wreck, she has instead been assigned to routing the remaining forces of the terrorists.

However, the king of Shavian has requested assistance from Zivian in combating the returning forces of the Demriles. Although Karzuta is busy handling the terrorist situation, her younger sister, Nazuni, is one of the fleet members assigned to Shavian. Due to Nazuni's high rank, she'd been appointed as her fleet's ambassador to speak with the king directly. During her time there, Nazuni has secretly reported to Karzuta that the prince of Shavian looks and sounds identical to Kristoph, although he doesn't recognize her at all or seem to know anything about Zivian. Karzuta and her sister are both trying to handle their assignments while remotely coordinating with each other to determine the prince's relation to Kristoph or if he really is him.
