Profile

Victor is a hit-man and representative for The Union who works alongside (and has a very unstable "companionship" with) Insignis. Due to him being able to harness powers related to the soul, he has falsely suffered accusations of being a necromancer and that part of his identity seems to stick with him no matter what.

Due to his high-ranking position, he has been exposed to a few of the more corrupt aspects of The Union. After some thinking and taking inspiration from those he knew, he devised a plan to help take down said organization... despite it being detrimental for almost everyone involved in the long run. His intelligence may allow him to be charming when need be, however said smarts rarely come into play when the lives of others are on the line.

The plan the siren had come up with went something like this;

Remove the souls of thousands of people under the guise of 'wish-granting at a small price'. Said price varied from person to person, however all in all the expense was the humanity and livelihoods of countless individuals. This many people acting out would surely off-put the Union and make them reconsider their conquest. It would be a two for one deal; indulging his passion for science and his desire to pioneer a new form of energy, as well as putting the faults of humanity on full display.

What could possibly go wrong?

The answer was more complicated than he could have imagined.

His somewhat flighty, neglectful and manipulative nature can be tempered down almost completely when he's around people who he considers important. Be they family members, friends or other loved ones, he can't help but find himself feeling responsible for them and doing his best to help them as much as he can. Especially if they're caught in the cross-fire of his harebrained schemes.

Many of the souls he's extracted over the course of his escapades were used to construct Tambor, Sentak and Abyss.

His human appearance is yet another lie. The aquatic qualities he was born with (such as gills) have been obscured or removed with the help of disruptive and dangerous cosmetic surgery.
