Mountain is born to Wolf and Ivy in Castiel's Sanctuary alongside his sister, Briar. They share a den with their parents and older sister, Snowflake.
Mountain and Briar are playing together. He tosses a pinecone to his sister, but it scrapes open her nose. Mountain feels terrible about it and vows he'd never purposely hurt her. (Winds of Darkness, chapter 30)
