Very curious and very protective of the forest he mainly resides in. Entirely too friendly so if he IS angry at you it's probably cute and amusing if anything.

Basil is also helplessly lonely here though. Despite his relationship with the creatures arouns him, he can't communicate with them with more than one sided conversations. He desperately wants someone to talk to, but he's also afraid of leaving the forest he's spent his entire life in.

Today

Basil currently resides in a lush forest and is usually found along it's long winding river. He has a home built up from various natural resources from the forest but more often than not he'll shrink himself down and sleep insde flowers along the riverbed. That's right, he can change his size from the size of an insect to about 4'11" in height. This has proven extremely helpful in assisting the creatures of the forest.

Along with that ability, he also has control over plant growth. Because of this, it's not uncommon to find vegetation within an area he resides that doesn't entirely fit a climate or environment. He loves hibiscus flowers so those are very likely to be close to his home.
