Raimy Meyer, "Reflection" — Pre-Timeskip

"This is a man's personal, family drama! I don't want to intrude on that... I'll be down the hall."

Name
Raimy Meyer
Superhero Name
Reflection
Gender
Female
Age
21 (started); now 22

5'7"
Universe
AU DC-verse
System
Mutants & Mastermind (originally), now a homebew system called SMARTIES
City
Citysville (made up city on the West Coast, USA)
Occupation
University Student & New Superhero
APPEARANCE (CIVILIAN / RAIMY)
  • When her hair isn't dyed, Raimy naturally has strawberry blonde hair. When her hair isn't straightened, it naturally has a floofier texture.
  • Most of the time, she can't be bothered to straighten her hair (with the one notable exception being for fancy events, like the Wayne-Grayson Gala she attended in Story Arc 3).
  • When her hair is dyed, she tends to stick with warmer, sunset-like colours (orange, red, pinkish, etc.)
APPEARANCE (SUPERHERO / REFLECTION)
  • Her outfit is two shades of grey, and one strong colour. Because Raimy can split into multiple, perfect copies of herself, we made 5 colour variations to be able to tell the standees/game mini's we use apart. The "correct" colours for the accent can be: blue, white, orange, green, or red.
  • She often wears a cowl/hood with her outfit, to hide her hair. We left this off her main reference to make it more visually interesting, but you can add it back in.

PERSONALITY
She's aggressively personable, meaning that she's super friendly and down to help people, but very outgoing in her approach. She's not particularly charismatic, just really friendly and genuinely out to help people. She's also nosy and curious, which are both great things for a superhero who's trying to uncover clues and solve mysteries!

POWERS
  • Can make multiple, perfect copies of herself (there can be up to 5 of her at one time)
  • Has a measure of telekinesis, allowing her to create bubble-like barriers, floating disks for transportation, or telekinetic blasts for fighting.

Rocky, "JACK OF SPADES" - TEAMMATE
Jack has the ability to randomly generate powers, either for himself or to give to others (even normal civilians). They're temporary, and wear off after a certain period of time. Being gifted powers can be addictive (like drugs) for non-powered individuals, so it needs to be used with caution.

Rocky's originally from Gotham. He got kidnapped so a mob could use his powers for their own gain, but was eventually rescued. Afterwards, he wanted to go to University in the "safest, least super-villain prone city" they could think of, which was Citysville. Obviously, that determination to stay away from Super-things didn't last forever.

He now lives in the dorm next to Raimy. They met in civilian form first, when they both got roped into showing some freshman around during the Spirit Week Fair. After saving the students from a villain attack that targeted the Ferris Wheel, they started to work together in-costume.

Noah, "WAR HAWK" - TEAMMATE
War Hawk's powers are flight, super speed (while flying), and super strength. His main weapon is a hammer, partially coated in Nth metal.

War Hawk is a Thanagarian, although he was unsure of his parentage for the longest time because he grew up an orphan. Because the general public has bad associations with Thanagarian's because of the failed invasion a few decades previously, War Hawk is "just a dude with wings and a hammer" and totally not a Thanagarian himself.

Noah and Raimy met in civilian form when they both signed up for the same film studies class. They later met in-costume when investigating the villain who attacked the Spirit Week Fair. Noah got to know Desidario when he moved into the frat house Desi was already living in.

Desidario, "HEDON" - TEAMMATE
Hedon can drain the life force of people and use this energy to buff himself in a couple of different ways. He also has the power of suggestion.

Hedon is an incubus (not that any of his teammates know this yet), and very charming. Most of his backstory is currently unknown, although it seems that he inherited his powers from his mother. He lives in one of the frat houses, and plays basketball for the College.

He met Noah first, but became acquainted with the others when they were in the same group in an Intro to Anthropology class. Shenanigans happened when a museum they were doing research at was attacked, and everyone was stuck in civilian-form, trying to deal with it while not 'outing' their secrets to Desi.
