Epic was always a goofball. In his youngerdays he would explore with friends and he'd be the one to make the trip as fun as possible. With bad puns and jokes of course. He was known as EpicFail, for when he failed to get a laugh from the crowd they would shout out Epic Fail!

Now he's a knight, or guard, for King Ahaz and his brother. He opens the front door like a lobby man. It's a very social job. Which means he can crack jokes on everyone who passes through the door.

He's 'adopted' Quentin and Kittim as his brother and sister. Kittim loves him, and Quentin gets picked on by him. His actual brother, Ambrose, stays away from Epic as much as possible. It Epic's the clown, then Ambrose is the straightman.
