DUMB PERSONALITY/LORE NOTES

please note, i gotta type more thoughts

- Very plucky, kind girl; tends to always walk with a spring in her step and with her best foot forward. She's pretty much optimism personified; she speaks a little simply, but she likes to get her point across, and she wears her heart on her sleeve. It can be a little weird sometimes, especially since nobody has ever seen her sad before...or any emotion but happy.

- Kind of dumb, but good at heart. ...Still, very, very dumb, though. Also an enabler of shenanigans. (Especially Hikari related ones.)

- Daddy's girl through and through. She learned just about everything she knows from her father, after all, and it's clear that their relationship is a good one. Momma is...not mentioned, for whatever reason? She got that anime Missing Mom syndrome.

- Has a very utopian, gregarious mindset; she always tries to defuse fights to try to keep the bad vibes at a minimum, and she always believes in keeping a good mood for the sake of an entire group. She loves people, overall, and while she certainly acts with certain levels of bias, she's always willing to work toward making the world brighter. Sometimes she can be a little...overbearing in that regard, and rather oblivious as well.

- Takes lots and lots of pictures; her camera was one of the first things she bought for herself; she is absolutely someone who takes a lot of pictures, be it of some of Hikari's ninja antics, or Dawn's works (in progress and finished), Tenka's tags, or anything she can find. She loves taking pictures and keeps the memories close to her heart.

- Takes her role as fellow 'ninja guardian' with Hikari and Dawn very seriously, despite her utter inability to do all of the fancy tricks that Hikari is able to do. Still, she tries...with varyingly bad results. (Read: typically falling flat on her face/butt.)

DESIGN NOTES(?)

- probably wears lots of really, really bright clothes outside of her usual wear. like. she favors blue/yellow/pink pretty exclusively, but also, denim. denim is love, denim is life, denim is comfy.

WORLD NOTES:

Fefello Caelum

- Welcome to SMT Law: The World.

- The world is rather basic, in a sense; most technological advancement has been shunned for the sake of magical development, and it results in a land that's very much stuck in the past, doing things in very old fashioned manners. It works for them and sees them all safe and sound, but don't expect much in the way of electricity or the like, unless you've got the powers for it.

- Daddy is a huge villain over in that world, having started as a cult leader and eventually taking over as the head of the village they came from. It was he who taught his daughter the meaning of law and order through absolute submission of one's independence; to only act for the sake of the whole, not the individual. She was a loyal follower of said mindset before the Heartless attacked.

- The Amaya back in Fefello Caelum is. Far, far less bright and jubilant than the Amaya of Mosaic; she's very hollow, basically just. Kinda serving as her father's ever dutiful little villain; though he doesn't typically let her fight, leaving it to his soldiers/militants, she has plenty of raw, untapped magical potential she can use. She's driven for the sake of ensuring that all people are able to live in harmony through basically surrendering their own desires, though she has none of her own. Of course, she's also kind of. Horribly creepy due to the face that her face doesn't seem to leave the expression of something very grave and serious, very rarely going beyond that much.

[mosaic]

- Fake!Dad probably manifests as all of Amaya's memories of (or perhaps yearning for) a loving dad who cares for his sugar plum more than anything in the world and just doesn't want to see her be hurt.

- In general, her dad is rather passive in Mosaic; he tends not to be seen too often outside of his house, unless he's gone out to look for his daughter and bring her back inside for the night. He's not necessarily creepy if one meets him, simply very...distant. His memory isn't exactly the greatest unless he's got his daughter around to remind him of stuff, and he's generally regarded as spacey, but caring in his own way. He's definitely an older looking man too.
