Tro

Tro is a magician, and he's notorious for being somewhat of a trickster, even when off the stage. He lives in a flat in Verston with his roommate and assistant, Choan. Tro is a kind and caring person who just wants to make other people smile- often by cracking jokes and pulling (harmless) pranks on them.

He's 30 years old and a fancy rat. He also happens to be Tigien's (older) twin brother.

Future timeline:
In the future, Tro & Choan will have a new roommate- Riley, who is also the newest magic act in their shows. When the three of them aren't busy performing, they also host a magic club for kids!

Relationships:
Choan [coworker/roommate/best friend]: Tro has known Choan since childhood. The two friends went into the magic business together as adults, and they also became roommates when Tro moved to Verston. They're basically like an old married couple at this point (platonically).

Tigien [twin brother]: Tro and Ti grew up together. They're still quite close, despite having very different lives. They like to meet up with each other every once in a while and hang out.

Ralph/Riley [protégé/eventual roommate]: In the present timeline, "Ralph" is an aspiring magician who comes to Tro to learn tips & tricks of the trade. In the future, "Riley" joins their magic act, and also becomes Tro & Choan's roommate. Tro loves mentoring this kid, and he considers them a good friend.
