Part of the "Charahub Exodus". Takes place in the same universe as "Verdict". I tried to write a spin-off story of that roleplay setting, concentrating on Dardariels shenanigans on Earth, but never got far with it.

Physical description
Darell is of medium height, with narrow shoulders and the faintest shadows of military strictness visible in the way he moves. His hair is shoulder-length - thick, dark and wavy in texture, often messy and sticking to his face, with a badly trimmed beard lining the man's jaw.
His facial features, discounting the beard, are androgynous, bringing to mind the statues of ancient greece. The man's jawline is soft, and the curved bow-shaped lips add to the feminity of his face. His nose forms a straight line from base to tip, with very little rounding or curving. Darells' eyes are brown in color, surrounded by thick eyelashes, resting below a pair of softly curving brows. Underneath said eyes, however, there are dark shadows.
His body is covered by a number of scars. There's one underneath his ribs from what he claims to have gained from an unfortunate accident involving a pitchfork, knife marks along his back from an attempted mugging and alleged bear's clawmarks along his arms, as well burn scars on the man's legs.
(Two symmetrical scars on his shoulderblades?)
The most visible injury is the lack of small- and ringfinger on Darells' left hand, allegedly bitten off whilst he was fighting off the bear that gave him the clawmarks.

Back Story
Says he is a christian from Candia. Says he's been a soldier. Says he's a vagabond and a pilgrim, traveling without a home looking for God. Many who meet the odd foreign man presume him to be a deserter due to his military demeanor.

Ongoing story
Earth, France, province of Gevaudan 1768. Found mauled on the side of a road and after that there's ???????? but definitely contains him facing off the Beast of Gevaudan and running off with a nun for six decades of happiness.

Kind of clothing?
Dull red overcoat. Simple leather shoes, caked in dirt, with knee-high white stockings and baggy dull red pants. He wears a wide-brimmed hat with the feathers of jay and other assorted wild birds affixed to the brim. The overall look is of one who decided to wear his sunday suit all week long. TL:DR: Something like this but more worn out.

Considers it a divine feeling, but an excrciatingly painful one. A gift and a curse.

What or who inspired you to create them?
A burning desire to write about Dardariel in his later years...

When did you create this character?
28.02.2016, when I created the document for "Darells" story OR 26. 04. 2014 when I wrote "Defenselesness and blue" thus giving his past-version a clear name and presence.

What is something other people assume about your character?
That he's a drunkard and a liar. And strange. Darn good worker though.

Do they like the name they were given?
Yes, he believes to have been born with it and thinks it has a nice ring. Feels that it's a shame that it stands out too much to be used but even when choosing aliases the man tries to still emulate the sound or feel of his original moniker.

Once upon a time that question had a very straightforward answer. It's changed since then, though. Nowadays evokes more the imagery related to The Wandering Jew than of what he once was.
