"Heroes and villains, we’re all somewhere in between"
Where many Enchanted Kamishibas have greatly differing personalities, two souls sharing a body - some not even conscious when the other is in control - Skyla is different. Skyla is one soul with two forms and in control of both. She calls herself Storm in her Enchanted form to maintain anonymity.
Storm embodies all of Skyla’s desires and wishes that she cannot enact in her normal form due to the heavy burden of links to her family and her known location. Storm is an unknown, no one knows where she comes from, where she goes and who she cares for. Because of that Skyla is able to enforce justice and enact revenge while she is Storm. She remains sharp, harsh and rebellious, she works alone and takes no guff from any criminal scum or law enforcement. Her goal is to protect those who need it most; the downtrodden, the poor, the vulnerable. She fights actively and aggressively against not only the criminal gangs who prey upon these groups but the law enforcement who's corruption runs deep and looks the other way--if they aren't actively participating in the extortion of the vulnerable that is. Ruthless, vengeful and fierce, all who are wise fear the fury of Storm.

Present
Storm emerges whenever Skyla is ready to hit some criminals with the cold iron fist of Justice. She stalks the streets at any time, just whenever she feels like taking some trash off the streets - either temporary with a few broken legs or permanently with a snapped neck. Patrolling the streets and taking down petty criminals where they appear is all fun and games but Storm’s real passion and skills lay in hunting down the big fish.
Normally she works alone, stalking her targets and forcibly extracting information from weak underlings. But sometimes she needs an extra set of eyes or a fresh take on the situation, and for that she begrudgingly calls in Karma; Aurora Land’s most righteous pain in the ass. Karma is smart and sees things differently from Storm - very differently - meaning she can spot things that Storm herself may miss.
History
Storm is the alias of Skyla’s Enchanted form, one that emerged suddenly in the face of a young child being attacked. Storm was always inside Skyla and rather than being another soul merged with her body, Storm is just another face of Skyla. Not wanting to pass up the opportunity to live beyond her ties to Bastet, she took up the mantle of Storm, the vigilante.

Stealth
A skill beaten into Skyla has become very useful for her work as Storm. Effortlessly she can remain hidden from sight, only to loudly burst from the shadows. Stealth is crucial to the element of surprise.
Hand To Hand Combat
While skilled with weapons and throwing, Storm's preferred method of fighting is with her bare hands. And she is a natural at this form of brawling. Swift jabs and powerful punches, she can quickly knock out an opponent without any form of weapon.
Interrogation
An unpleasant skill for most, Storm often enjoys using rougher methods of extracting information from unwilling individuals.
Knot Tying
Useful for keeping criminals in place, Storm's knots are not easy to escape. Often trying to escape makes the knots tighter. A skill of necessity rather than artistry.
Inventory
Bow [Weapon]
A simple wooden bow, stolen from a guard barrack. Storm uses it for intimidating criminals and shooting after cowards who run.
Bat [Weapon]
A thick, wooden bat and Storm's preferred weapon. It is stained with blood but shows no sign of splintering.

Storm wishes Karma wasn't so easy to like. She constantly gets in her way, trying to stop her from riding the world of its filth. But she always does so with a smile and witty comment. Not to mention; the flirting. Storm wants to hate Karma but really she cares for her deeply.

A stubborn trouble maker, Storm often encounters Quilo in the middle of tagging a bridge or throwing eggs at the house of her teachers.
